The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar work of value not less than Rs. 632.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have satisfactorily completed similar work of value not less than Rs. 253.00 lakh. The bidder should have completed at least 80% of the original contract value of similar work. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. The qualifying quantity can be calculated as 0.4 x (estimated quantity of work) x 12 months/period of completion. The bidder should have a minimum working capital requirement of 20% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 316.00 Lakhs. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last five years, and the quantity of such works should be at least 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution.
