The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar work, with a value not less than 80% of the original contract value, in the last five years. In case of a single prime contractor, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 251.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In case of a joint venture, the bidder or its identified sub-contractor should have completed similar work of drilling of deep bore wells for irrigation/Rural water supply in Government programmes, with a value not less than Rs. 100.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above (Rs. 251.00 Lakhs), and executed similar electrical works towards erection of HT and LT distribution systems and distribution sub-stations for rural electrification/Irrigation project electrification, with a value not less than Rs. 151.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above (Rs. 251.00 Lakhs). The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. A weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last 5 years (2019-20 to 2023-24). The bidder should also furnish evidence of access to or availability of credit facilities, with a minimum working capital requirement of 20% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 126.00 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder's experience is assessed based on the maximum value of work executed in any one financial year during the last five years, updated to the current price level. The assessed bid capacity is calculated using the formula: Assessed bid capacity = (2x A x N - B), where A is the maximum value of work executed in any one financial year, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work, and B is the value at the current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, with specific details to be provided as per Schedule-A, and experience in similar major items of works as indicated in Schedule-B. The bidder should have sufficient work experience in Bore Well scheme/machinery and equipment required for execution of the work. The information for Technical Bid should be provided using the prescribed standard Forms, which includes furnishing documents for calculation of bid capacity and similar work experience as in SCHEDULE-A and completion of similar major item of work as in SCHEDULE-B(B) of SECTION 2(H).
