The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. The bidder is also required to have a minimum working capital requirement of 20% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 160.00 Lakhs. A weightage of 10% per year is given on the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level.
