The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar work, which is a composite work of drilling, energization, and commissioning. In the case of a single prime contractor, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 632.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value at the financial year 2024-25 price level in the last five years prior to the 2024-25 tender and including the current financial year. In the case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor (JV partner) should have satisfactorily completed similar work, such as drilling of deep bore wells for irrigation or rural water supply in a government program, as a prime contractor of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 253.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above, at the financial year 2024-25 price level in the last five years prior to the 2024-25 tender and including the current financial year. Additionally, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor (JV partner) should possess a required valid electrical license and should have executed similar electrical works towards the erection of HT and LT distribution systems and distribution sub-stations for rural electrification or irrigation project electrification in a government program as a prime contractor of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 379.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above, at the financial year 2024-25 price level in the last five years prior to the 2024-25 tender and including the current financial year. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. The qualifying quantity can be calculated as 0.4 x (estimated quantity of work) x 12 months/period of completion. A weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should furnish a certificate from an authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or any other competent authority to support their work experience for the last 5 years. The bidder needs to provide documents for similar work experience and completion of similar major item of work.
