Disposal of excess earth by mechanical means / manually including cost of loading, unloading, transporting & spreading to a level surface complete in all respects including cost of all labour, tools & plant etc. to complete the work

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties of sand with labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only).

GROUND FLOOR

Providing & laying Plain Cement concrete (PCC ) of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (1½”) size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm. (6”) thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and ,es of all materials with all labour, cess and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

R.C.C. work of Grade- M 25 in following works using 20mm size & down graded hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry in specified proportion including centering & shuttering,hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharege but excluding the cost and conveyance of HYSD rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position HYSD and binding all complete. lifting and placing in position as per design complete including cost of bars , binding wires , including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading,, royalties, sundries, tools and plants, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (linear measurement will be taken and quantity will be calculated on standard weight for all heights)-Thermo Mechanically Treated bars

GROUND FLOOR

Design, supply, fabrication, assembling and erection of tensile membrane fabric structure in desired profile as per design drawing. The structural design & shop drawings drawings shall be provided by agency to client/ architect for approval prior to commencement of work..

Steel structure consisting of MS built-up sections, pipes, hollow sections, etc. made from YST 310 grade structural steel, conforming to IS 1161/4923, IS 2062. SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process shall be used. Work includes transportation, cutting, threading, machining, leads and lifts upto all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations involved to make structure functional.

Rate shall include supply, preparation and application of anti-corrosive surface coating as per specification below: Steel surface shall be cleaned and prepared by grit blasting as per SA 2.5. Primer: a low VOC, two component high build, high solids surface tolerant epoxy primer coat 100 microns thick. Intermediate coat: two component, high build, epoxy MIO shall be applied to 100 micron thicnkess. Finish coat: low VOC, two component, acrylic polyurethane shall be applied to 50 micron thicnkess. All coats shall be applied by spray painting at the fabrication yard. Touch-up coat shall be applied on all damaged portions of coating, using best practices, after erection of the structure. Raw material of all coats shall be from a single brand, combination of coats and application of it shall be as per manufacturer's specification. Approved brands are Asian Paints, Jotun and Akzonobel.

The steel structure shall be designed as per the following standards: IS 875 for wind load IS: 875 Part – I , II & III – 1987 for primary loads and their combinations IS: 800, 1984 & IS: 806, 1968 for stability and critical stresses IS: 7215 for fabrication tolerances IS: 816, 1969 for welded structural joints IS: 814 (Part – I & II), 1974 for electrodes for welding IS: 1367 (Part – III) 1991 & IS: 3757, 1985 for bolted structural joints.

Tensile cables Galvanized MS Strands/Cables with GI end terminals Grade 1570, make Usha Martin, Bharat Wirerope, or equivalent with all fittings and fixtures such as galvanized MS end plate, shackles, rigging screws, turnbuckles, swedge, fork , keder rods as per drawing / detail. The work is to be completed as per specifications, approved drawings including cost of all materials, consumables, hire and running charges of machinaries, all taxes excluding GST.

Supply, design and installation of tensile fabric, including shop drawing preparation, submitting to architect for approval, patterning, forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stitch, transport to the site and assembling. Fabric area of installed roof canopy shall be measured and paid.

Providing and Covering the M S structure with TENSILE FABRIC OF SERGE FERRARI FABRIC 902 S2 OR EQUIVALAENT Flexible composite membrane having life time over 15 years, weldable, consistent colour per translucency, surface treatment on top and back both side should be PVDF, yarn should be anticapilarity low wick yarn (PES HT 1100 Dtex), weight 950 g/sqm, total thickness 0.72 mm, width 267 cm, Total Tensile strength warp/ weft (420/400daN/5cm), Tear Resistance warp/weft (55/50daN), Adhesion (12 daN/5 cm), Flame Retardancy shall be Euro class (B-s2,d0/EN13501-1) and Rating (M2/NFP 92-507) ,Elongation 24h -10daN/5cm for warp and weft 1%, Residual elongation 0.4% for warp and weft, Solar Transmittance 7%, Solar Reflectance 75%,Solar Factor 11.5%, U=5.6 W /Sqm/C, weakening index 13dbA and Guarantee for 15 years. Measurement for payment will be taken on the area covered on plan only.

N.B: The bidders are required to Quote their rates excluding of Goods & Service Tax (GST). GST as applicable will be paid extra. The existing rule of Govt. and any amendment made in future will be followed.
