Excavation of foundation in all types of D.I. rocks by mechanical means not required blasting to be removed by pickaxes and crowbars/excavator in both wet and dry condition including shuttering,propping bullah piling and removal of cofferdam, dewatering if required,rough dressing and depositing the excavated materials with all leads, lifts/delifts in the dumping area within 5 Km. lead as specified including levelling the same in all heights and rough dressing to the useful materials including hire and running charges of all machinery, mobilisation and demobilisation with all incidental charges, taxes, cess etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Exavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including stoney earth but excluding all kinds of rocks by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil wirthin 5 Km. lead & all lifts in the dunping area as specified including levelling the same in all heights including all lifts,delifts and riugh dressing to sides and bed of excavated area with construction, maintenance and removal of cofferdam, haul roads, dewatering, lighting the excavated area including mobilisation and demobilisation with all incidental charges, taxes,cess etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation & Plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost conveyance,royalty of all materials and cost of all labours,sand ,T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete(1:3:6) in approved surface using 40 mm crusher broken hard granite well graded stone aggregates free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials,using sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to specifications using water of approved quality and using cement as per approved specification with all lifts,delifts including costs, carriage, royalties, labour cess and taxes of all other materials including dewatering by suitable means with costs weighing all materials using weight batcher,mixing the concrete mix ingredients in mechanical mixer, vibration of concrete by mechanical means supplying T&P watering, curing for specified days by suitable means including costs and carriage of water,construction of coffer dam/approach road, diversion road including mobilisation and demobilisation of men and machinery etc. including quality control testing charges etc. as per approved drawings and specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying,fitting and placing HYSD tor steel reinforcement bars of required dia of approved quality with straighting,cutting,bending,binding and tying and placing in position including cost of rod and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and carriage charges, labour, taxes etc. complete in all heights and depths as per approved drawing and specification of Engineer-in-Charge.(measurement will be taken and quantity will be derived as per the standard weight)

Rigid & smooth centering & shuttering for R.C.C work including false work and dismantling them after casting including cost of all materials and cost of all labours etc. complete as per direction of the Engineering-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M20 for R.C.C work in retaining wall with 20 mm down graded hard granite crusher broken chips from approved quarry free from weathered skin dust and other deleterious materials including mixing in concrete mixer,hoisting and laying concrete with all leads, liftd and delifts and placing over scienifically approved surface, compacting by vivration of concrete by mechanical means including providing 100 mm dia PVC pipes in weap holes etc. and supplying T&P including watering and curing for specified days with cost of all materials, carriage, royalty, taxes etc. hire and running charges of machinery, dewatering by suitable means including quality control tests etc. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

MECHANICAL WORKS

Erection of column, truss, cross bracing, purlin etc. including laying of required size crane rail as per direction of the Engineering-in-Charge.

Painting of column, truss, cross bracing, purlin etc. by one coat of zinc phosphate primer giving a minimum dry film thickness of 50 ± 5 microns followed by two coats of aluminum / enamel paint confirming to IS:2339:1963 to give a dry film thickness of 25 ± 5 microns per coat to be applied.The total dry film thickness of all the coats including primer coat should not less than of 100 microns as per direction of the Engineering-in-Charge.

Fixing of colour coated GI sheet as per direction of the Engineering-in-Charge.
