The required prior work experience for the bidder is in "Residential/Non-Residential Building works of any no. of storeys". The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, supported by certificates issued by the client's organization. The experience is evaluated based on the type of work, its location, client, and completion certificate details. The value of similar works completed should be at least Rs. 1000 Cr. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder needs to submit details of all the eligible completed similar works and one ongoing work in progress costing more than Rs. 40,64,70,000.00 (10% of the estimated cost put to tender). The bidder needs to provide details of similar works executed, including the name of the work, location, client, type of work, completion certificate details, and the final approved value of the contract. The bidder needs to submit work experience certificates consisting of details such as name and address of the clients, agreement amount, cost of work on completion, date of start, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, amount of compensation levied for delayed completion, type of work, number of basements, maximum height of any building, maximum number of storeys, and performance report. The bidder will be awarded marks for completed similar works and ongoing works as follows: - Completed Similar works: Maximum 25 marks - Ongoing works: Maximum 15 marks - Total marks assessed: Maximum 40 marks The bidder needs to secure at least fifty percent marks in each Section and sixty percent marks in aggregate to become eligible for price bid opening.
