The bidder should have completed work of similar nature during the last 7 years, specifically construction of RCC Framed structure of Building works including water supply, sanitary works, electrification works, etc. The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Or two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, - Or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 7% per annum based on the rupee value to bring them to the current financial year price level. Additionally, the bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in anyone year during the last five years, and the bidder's bid capacity should be more than the total bid value to qualify.
