The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature, with a value of at least the bid value. The similar works completed should meet one of the following criteria: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The value of work executed should be inclusive of the value of free supply items. The bidder should have completed work of similar nature during the last 7 years, and the cost of completed works of previous years shall be given a weight-age of 7% per annum (Simple) based on the rupee value to bring them to the current financial year price level. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years.
