The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas is as follows: i) Below 5%, No Additional Performance Security ii) From 5% and above and below 10%, 50% of (Difference between estimated cost put to tender and Bid Amount) iii) From 10% and above, 150% of (Difference between estimated cost put to tender and Bid Amount) Additionally, the bidder should have an Un-utilized credit facility of 10% (minimum) of Estimated cost put to tender, and Bank Solvency for an amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. Also, the Average Annual Financial Turnover on construction works during the last three years should be at least 50% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have completed similar works, with the value of the completed works being at least 40% (for three similar works), 60% (for two similar works), or 80% (for one similar work) of the estimated cost. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weight-age of 7% per annum (Simple) based on rupee value to bring them to the current financial year price level.
