Providing and fixing MS Sheet door with 50x50x6 door frame and 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece all necessary fittings complete and fixing with required dash fastner, including painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint with applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing plywood 4 to 6 mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, including priming coat & necessary polishing on unexposed surface with : Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture

Providing and fixing godrej hercules thermostatic hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body,door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing, in position concealed G.I. section for wall paneling using board of required thickness fixed on the 'W' profile (0.55 mm thick) having a knurled web of 51.55 mm and two flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.55 mm, placed @ 610 mm C/C in perimeter channel having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm with thickness of 0.55 mm and web of length 27 mm. Perimeter channel is fixed on the floor and the ceiling with the nylon sleeves @ 610 mm C/C with fully threaded self-tapping dry wall screws. ( from reputed brand like Saint-Gobain, Armstrong etc ) made from plasterboard having glass fibre conforming to IS: 2095 part I , of required size , having perforation of 9.7x9.7 mm at 19.4 mm c/c with center borders of 48 mm and the side borders of 30 mm, backed with non woven tissue on the back side, having an NRC ( Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.79, with 50 mm resin bonded fibre glass wool backing conforming to IS:8183 having density 24kg/cum, 50mm thick, wrapped in 200G Virgin Polythene bags fixed to wall with screw, rawel plug,& washers and held in position by criss crossing GI wire etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS: 8183. Density 16 kg/m³, 50 mm thick, wrapped in 200G Virgin Polythene bags placed over existing false ceiling and held in position by criss-crossing GI wire.

Supply and Installation of wall panelling with 10 mm thick Tufbloc magnesium oxide HDFR boards of size 1200 x 2400mm having Density-1000 kg/mt cube, with STC- 34 – 50, weight - 8.5 kg /sq mt, Fire Class - 1&P & Thermal Heat Resistance - 0.11792 W/mK , Strength – Anti Sag , Climate ( degree Centigrade , RH - 50,95 , Green VoC , RC% - Low & 30 Water resistant with wet expansion less than -0.02% from ambient to saturation, Moisture Movement - 0.02% from Anutone are to be fixed with Philips head screws on the cross channel CC 25 size 35 x 20 x 63 mm . The metal framework is to erected on the wall with the help of perimeter channel WC 25 (20 x 25 x 30 mm) on the bottom & ceiling level. Now insert the Cross Channel CC25 inside the perimeter channel at an interval of 600 mm C/C vertically /horizontally with support of main channel Main Channel 45 mm s. . Wall pasted with Synthetic poly fiber PF of 5x50 having width 1200 mm & length 15 mts having density 500gsm filled between the studs & held in position by pasting on the walls as inner filling then cover the same with 10 mm thick Tufbloc magnesium boards with the help of self drilling screws. The 10 mm Tufbloc magnesium board should maintain a gap of 3 mm so as to fill the joints with jointing compound to look flush at the joints. Now apply adhesive on the Tufbloc boards with the help of stick - 7 adhesive to the Synth Slim a high density large sheet having core pigmented UV stable acoustic panel of size 1200 x 2400 x 9 mm thick fabric with selected colours having technical parameters are like Density - 220 kg / m3 , weight - 1.9 Kg/ mt sq , Fire class - A , NRC A mounting - 0.40 , Thermal - 0.39 , Climate ( degree C-50 ,RH-99), RC - 30 %, warranty - 5 years selection Choice of colour will be by engg / arch guidance. Test certificate will be submitted after procurement of materials.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL antitermite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :

Along external wall/plinth protection where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion@ 7.5 litres / sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300mm including excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. complete along with treating backfilled earth with chemical emulsion & making good the same: With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole & applying putty on top etc.: 12mm dia holes shall be drilled as close as possible to the plinth wall @300mm interval, deep enough to reach the soil below and chemical emulsion pumped into these holes to soak the soil below @ 2.25 litre per linear meter.With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole & applying putty on top :With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Supplying chemical emulsion conforming to relevant Indian standard in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlopyriphos conforming to relevant IS 8944/Lindane emulsifiable conforming to IS 632 concentrate of 20%.in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%. Note: Chemical shall be kept in the custody of Engineer-in-charge or his authorized representatives and will be issued for use to meet the day's requirement. Empty Conntainers after washing & concentrated chemicals left unused at the end of day's work shall be returned to EIC or his authorized representative.
