Supply and Installation of wall panelling with 10 mm thick Tufbloc magnesium oxide HDFR boards of size 1200 x 2400mm having Density-1000 kg/mt cube, with STC- 34 – 50, weight - 8.5 kg /sq mt, Fire Class - 1&P & Thermal Heat Resistance - 0.11792 W/mK , Strength – Anti Sag , Climate ( degree Centigrade , RH - 50,95 , Green VoC , RC% - Low & 30 Water resistant with wet expansion less than -0.02% from ambient to saturation, Moisture Movement - 0.02% from Anutone/ Win Win / Magnum are to be fixed with Philips head screws on the cross channel CC 25 size 35 x 20 x 63 mm . The metal framework is to erected on the wall with the help of perimeter channel WC 25 (20 x 25 x 30 mm) on the bottom & ceiling level. Now insert the Cross Channel CC25 inside the perimeter channel at an interval of 600 mm C/C vertically /horizontally with support of main channel Main Channel 45 mms. . Wall pasted with Synthetic poly fiber PF of 5x50 having width 1200 mm & length 15 mts having density 500gsm filled between the studs & held in position by pasting on the walls as inner filling then cover the same with 10 mm thick Tufbloc magnesium boards with the help of self drilling screws. The 10 mm Tufbloc magnesium board should maintain a gap of 3 mm so as to fill the joints with jointing compound to look flush at the joints. Test certificate will be submitted after procurement of materials.
