Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Providing, laying and fixing G.I. pipes conforming to IS:1239 PART-1 ( 2004 ) of medium duty ( B class ) or above of JINDAL/TATA/equivalent make with approved quality etc complete with all G.I. fittings, like Tee, bend, socket etc including trenching and refilling, minimum 750mm or above depth and 450mm width, with proper line,level & gradient.The pipes shall be cleaned and cleared of all foreign matter before being laid. In jointing the pipes, the inside of the socket and the screwed end of the pipes shall be oiled and rubbed over. Teflon Tape shall be used in minimum 3 layer on threads instead of ‘Dhaaga/ Safeda’. The end shall then be screwed in the socket, Tee etc. with the pipe wrench upto the total thread etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
