The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed "Similar Work" during the last seven years ending 31.12.2024. The experience criteria can be fulfilled in one of the following ways: (i) Three similar completed works each having executed value not less than Rs.21.22 Lakhs, (ii) Two similar completed works each having executed value not less than Rs.26.53 Lakhs, (iii) One similar completed work having executed value not less than Rs.42.44 Lakhs. The cost of the completed work(s) by the bidder shall be escalated @10% per annum to bring them at the current price level. "Similar Work" means experience in periodical painting works, repair and maintenance of civil and other allied works, construction of buildings/structures, or a combination of these, for residential, public, plant, industry, factory, mines, or township. The work experience should be of “Working directly” as a Contractor or Sub Contractor under the authorities, who is the Principal Owner of the work. Partially completed work in progress (not abandoned) shall be considered, and the part completion certificate should clearly indicate the value of work completed along with the completed portion of the work. Note: The values mentioned are excluding GST. However, specific values like percentage of similar works completed are not mentioned, but the amount values are mentioned as Rs.21.22 Lakhs, Rs.26.53 Lakhs, and Rs.42.44 Lakhs for the different criteria.
