The bidder is required to provide information on similar nature of projects completed, including details such as name of contract, location, price, date of starting and completion of work, and financial year-wise work executed. The bidder should have experience of similar works, with details including names of owners, location of site, value of contract, date of commencement and completion of work, and delays if any. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar nature of work during the last 3 years, with one similar completed work costing not less than 40% of the amount put to tender. The bidder's Average Annual financial Turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 40% of the Amount Put to tender, and the financial Turn Over in respect of civil engineering work should be at least 50% of the Amount Put to tender. The bidder should also provide a list of works executed in the last 5 years, including name of work, department, amount of work, and dates of starting and completion. The bidder is required to fill in the details in the prescribed format, including SCHEDULE - C and SCHEDULE-D, which includes information such as name of work, name of department, amount of works in Lakhs, and dates of starting and completion. The amount and percentage of similar works completed include: - 40% of the amount put to tender for one similar completed work - 40% of the Amount Put to tender for the Bidder Average Annual financial Turnover during the last 3 years - 50% of the Amount Put to tender for financial Turn Over in respect of civil engineering work.
