M&L natural river sand as cushioning of cables including spreading and punning down all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note : Sand of 8cm height will be spread first for preparing the bed befor laying of cable. Sand of 15 cm height will be spread above the cable laid in trenches and after that sand will be punned down a total measured height of 18cm. Only punned sand thickness/height shall be measured for payment purpose.)

Supply and laying fly ash bricks of size 200x100x80mm locallly available laid perpendicular to th elength of cable as protection of cable in trenches all as specifed and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: bricks will be laid perpendicular to the cable laying direction with no gap between two adjacent bricks

M&L for cutting existing road / PCC drain for taking out / laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge Note : 100mm thick PCC at top with earth work below the concerete shall be measured as unit length for payment.

Supply and lay in replacement 50mm bore GI pipe light grade galvanised for cable protection in trenches/wall/floor/pole/coping etc including sealing both ends complete all specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Taking out from the trenches / poles the old defective cable of any size any core including checking of cable for seperation of serviceable cable for reuse in same location or other location as indicated, stacking properly, shifting of damaged cable in MES store yard for further disposal complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge

Relaying of serviceable LT UG cable of size 2/3.5/4 core 10/16/25 sqmm along with new aluminum lugs of suitable size and clable glands as required at the site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying and connecting in replacement LT UG XLPE electric cable with aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core, along with suitable size aluminium lugs and cable glands all as per IS:7098 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for heat shrinkable type straight through joint kit for 16 sqmm x 4 core LT UG XLPE Cable with aluminium conductor ( Make : M-seal /3M /Raychem)

Supply & fixing in replacement street light bracket fabricated from 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe bent to shape not exceeding 1.5mtr long alongwith 2 Nos clamps of size 25 x 4mm flat iron and including nuts, bolts, washers suitable for fixing on poles including 2 coat of synethic ename paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

Supply & errection of prestressed concrete pole 9 mtr long of size locally available confirming to IS-1678 including taking down old pole by excavation & breaking of the PCC foundation and coping, disconnecting the existing cables, securing the live ends of the cables and wires with tape and reconnecting the old cable or new cable in the terminal boxes and fittings, and painting of the new poles with two coats weather proof acrylic paint over a coat of primer and marking the poles with zebra pattern of yellow and black strips with acrylic enamel paint upto 0.9 mtr height from the coping level, writing pole number in yellow colour over a black background, fixing new SMC cable junction box complete, fixing 40mm GI pipe bracket with the all clamps for streetlight fitting, and cable protection from ground level to junction box, PVC conduit pipe as wire proteection from junction box to fitting all complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer in charge. Supply and fixing of MNX 110 contactor 3 pole AC1 - 160 Amps 415 V with aux contactor AC 4 A, 415 V ith-10A, with integrated auxiliary contactor in street light timer panel board or as directed including necessary copper wire , lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Supply and fixing of 2.5 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor wire from street light to terminal box drawn through MS pole/PVC conduit or as indicated in other locations complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing of holder for 8 to 18 Watt LED bulb 6500K pendent type as requiredat the site all complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 15 W LED bulb all complete as specified and directed.

Repairs to street light fitting in situ by checking for any loose connections, jointing of wires, replacing LED drivers, or changing driver settings, checking for continuity, fixing old serviceable light fittings of any type etc at any height, duly rectifying the same without replacing spares complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concerete type : C1, 1:3:6 by using 20mm graded stone aggreegates for coping of poles complete all as specified

M&L for providing plain cement concerete type : D2, 1:4:8 type by using 40mm graded stone aggreegates for foundation of poles complete all as specified

Material and labour for preparation of old surface of PCC/RCC pole of any type for street/security lights, painting with one coat of water proof plastic emulsion paint on entire pole surface including coping over one coat of cement based plaster plaint and painting zebra pattern of alternate yellow and black strips with acrylic paint upto 0.9m height from pole coping and writing of pole Number in black paint on yellow background of dia 100mm dia and one coat of aluminium paint on metal surface (i.e GI Bracket, clamps, and PVC/MS cable termination junction box etc.) including writing of pole Number including black paint on yellow background of dia 100mm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : Shades of colour shall be used as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular pole of SP-31, 9/11 mtr long for street/security lights, painting with one coat of aluminum paint on entire pole surface including (GI Brackets, clamps and PVC/MS cable termination junction box etc.) over one coat of red oxide paint and painting zebra pattern of alternate yellow and black strips with acrylic paint upto 0.9m height from pole coping and writing of pole Number in black paint on yellow background of dia 100mm dia, painting with one coat of waterproof cement based paint in white colour to pole coping complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : Shades of colour shall be used as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

M & L for replacing 8mm NB steel rope of minimum 40 Mtr length made of non-corrodable stainless steel of AISI 316 grade of 7/19 construction with breaking load not less than 2350 kg by lowering the flood light fixuter from the top of the highmast minimum 15 mtr height, by dismantling the mast with the help of cranes and other means, including disconnecting all electrical connections, motors, pulley all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
