M & L for water proofing treatment to roof slab by cleaned thoroughly to remove all loose particles and applying 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 plastering using WPC @3% by weight of cement laid over hot blown grade industrial bitumen 85/ 25 @1.20 Kg/ sqm, bitumen primer @0.50 litre/ Sqm, hot blown grade bitumen 85/25, APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg / Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms / sqm) and on primed surface by forced application shall be laid over entire roof surface and vertical surface utpo grooves as applicable (or as per manufacturers recommendation) with overlap of 100 mm . The overlaps shall be sealed by flames or as per manufactuerers instrucitons. A coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm shall be applied over APP based polymeric membrane complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The overlaps shall be of minimum 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction. (iii) Net surface area of roof shall be measured for payment purpose in this item and cost of treatment on parapet upto V Groove and bituminous gola shall be deemed to included in quoted rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and labour hydraulically pressed burnt clay tile plain of size 200×200×19/20mm machine made laid over and including 15mm thick screed plaster in cement mortar(1:4) complete and compound and jointed pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Providing, cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

Supply only integral Water Proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or parapet wall etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down PVC rain water pipe any size or pattern including all fittings all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall/laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of plants including roots by dismantling of brick work / PCC / RCC including necessary scaffolding,any type,any location /height ( i.e roof, parapet walls near pipes etc.) and applying Acid after removing roots for preventing the regrowthing and making good the disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 Type B-O and plaster in CM 1:3 (size of disturbed portion 150 x150 x150mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 on fair faces brick or concrete surfaces of wall including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for new surfaces of wall applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 50mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden frame with shutter without taken off shutter from the frame,exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each including removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting holes in brick walls exc half brick but n exc one brick in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement door /cupboards 30/35mm thick with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking best quality sliding bole 250mm dia having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws,etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed. (Glass shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M & L Forming Jambs etc incl cutting toothing and properly bonding into old work facing, joining to match existing work complete in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
