(Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Material and Labour for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 ( by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning the newly plastered roof surface by air compressor to remove any dust or material that affect the water proofing membrane adhesion, after cleaning the surface apply three coat of HS Roof Kool & Seal chemical of make Berger or equivalent product in make as mentioned in PS which is a fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric waterproofing membrane impregnated with nano fibre and specifically formulated with pu acrylic hybrid polymer and also meant for dual effect of waterproofing and heat reduction. Application of 1st coat as a priming coat (50% dilution with water and chemical 50%). After application of priming coat apply two undiluted coat of chemical as per instruction of the manufacturer and complete all as specified and directed. Note : Application of water proofing treatment shallonly be carried out by authorised Agency of the manufacturer strictly as per instruction of manufacturer.

M & L for applying one coat of UV resistance aluminium paint like HS Super Silvershield or equivalent as approved by GE (bituminous anti corrosive multi purpose aluminium coating) for bituminous surface including cleaning the entire APP membrane surface by Air compressor to remove dust or any other debries as per instruction of the manufacturer and complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing tanks exc 250 Ltrs n exc 500 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 Ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layer (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) twisted and fixed in position including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing tanks exc 1000 Ltrs n exc 2000 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2000 Ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layer (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) twisted and fixed in position including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends, stirrups spacers and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (Nominal Mix) type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete , type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, cills, steps, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span and similar other works like bands, plinth courses, lacing courses, bed plates, water troughs and the like incl weathring, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, incl necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed. (Note - Reinforcement if provided, shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items).

M&L for Cutting holes into or through cement concrete slabs, chajjas, etc including cutting of reinforcement if required exc 100 Sqcm but not exc 250 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making good the cutting slabs/chajas after fixing of rain water pipe with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required including necessacy formwork complete all as specified and directed.
