Material and labour for point wiring for light point or fan point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade IS694-1990 controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through PVC conceal conduit medium grade of size 20 mm with all accessories on wall/floor/ceiling including necessary chipping /grooving etc with 16G MS pressed steel terminal box with 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator complete and making good the disturbed surafce (including necessary painting to match the existing surface) all as specified and as directed (Note:- Sufficient electrician /helper and other required items are to be provided immediately for repair/replacement as and when intimated irrespective of quantity).

Ditto as item No.2 but for One 3 pin socket outlet 5/6 Amps, on the independent board.

Ditto as item No.2 but for One 3 pin socket outlet 5/6 Amps, on the same board with other switches

All as per item No.2 above but with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade for one 3 pin 16 Amps socket out let controlled by one switch on independent board.

S & F switch piano, flush type, single pole one way 5/6 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F socket outlet 3 Pin, 6 Amp flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F switch piano 16 Amp flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F socket outlet 16 Amp flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED tube light fittings 1 x 20 watts, 230 volts, 4 feet long complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twisted flexible cable of 0.75 sq mm 3 core copper conductor from ceiling rose to light fittings complete including taking down old UNSV light fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 100 W LED flood light/highmast light fitting energy efficient light distribution with IP66 protection including all necessary clamps, nuts , bolts or fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Necessary manpower/accessories ladder/ tapping/connecting wire etc required for replacement is deemed to be included in quoted rate).
