M & L in Replacement of unserviciable crank pulley with shaft, fan and fan belt of 200 KVA Diesel Generating Set ( Make :GREAVES 200 KVA ,ENGINE NO. 1308061405588) at CGAE inside Biju Pattanaik international Airport and replacement of 08 N. door hinges of 200 KVA DG Set all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for carrying out Maintenance/Servcing for  the 200KVA DG set including checking of engine oil level & draining out old engine oil from oil chamber and removing deposited material including applying grease, cleaning with CRC of all moving parts and draining out water from radiator assembly, checking of coolant level in radiator and refill new after mixing with coolant, including tightening all inlet and outlet connections and replacing minor items such as hose clamp, screws, washers etc.  Check Air piping and vibration damper, filling with new coolant, Inspection of alternator and starter, Checking of V-belt condition & tension(Adjust/ replaced if required), Battery health check up and lead connection including top up of distilled water, cleaning of exhaust silencer, checking of filter kit such as fuel filter, Lub oil filter air filter etc and replacement of following parts ,lubricate ball joints of the throttle linkage of Hyd Governor and change of fuel tank breather. completely all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 1.Lub Oil Filter -01 No.. 2.Fuel Filter -01 No. 3.Air Filter Inner Outer -01 Set 4.
