M & L for water proofing treatment to roof slab by cleaned thoroughly to remove all loose particles and applying 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 plastering using WPC @3% by weight of cement laid over hot blown grade industrial bitumen 85/ 25 @1.20 Kg/ sqm, bitumen primer @0.50 litre/ Sqm, hot blown grade bitumen 85/25, APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg / Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms / sqm) and on primed surface by forced application shall be laid over entire roof surface and vertical surface utpo grooves as applicable (or as per manufacturers recommendation) with overlap of 100 mm . The overlaps shall be sealed by flames or as per manufactuerers instrucitons. A coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm shall be applied over APP based polymeric membrane complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The overlaps shall be of minimum 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction. (iii) Net surface area of roof shall be measured for payment purpose in this item and cost of treatment on parapet upto V Groove and bituminous gola shall be deemed to included in quoted rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and labour hydraulically pressed burnt clay tile plain of size 200×200×19/20mm machine made laid over and including 15mm thick screed plaster in cement mortar(1:4) complete and compound and jointed pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Providing, cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral Water Proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including bedding layer 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L100mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate Finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate Finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron and mild steel work of any descreption not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Mild steel angle iron cut to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire as in posts and struts in fencing etc including all necessary cutting and welding etc and for similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine cut) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and srewed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted wth washers and one hexagonal or square not exceeding 5 cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing of diametre of GI wire 2.5mm and 1.5mm PVC coating over all 4.00mm any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel Round bars Fe 410W (Gde.E-250) quality-A, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shap required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not les than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in tubular trusses,vertical posts,rafter,purlin including special shaped washer,nuts,bolts for fixing ,tapping,screwing etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI flat iron fillets as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts post struits in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling bolting riveting etc and similar work confirming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 4.8mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary/tinted quality in square area exc 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed to aluminum framing with rubber packing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron). complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Glass shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc of size:-

S&F Neoprene/ EPDM rubber gasket after taking down old rubbergasket for old aluminium windows, doors and partation complete all as specified and directed.
