Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping of pole, concrete base work, protection of cable complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Cement Concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Steel tubular swaged poles complete with castiron base plate, finialtaperplug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified of type 410SP–31, 9.00m long complete all as specified. Note: Earthwork Excavation, PCC, Coping will be measured and paid separately. Rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of two coats of aluminium paintover a coat of red oxide primer and embedded portion in concrete shall be treated with tarring and sanding.

M&L in repar Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC separator on LT OH line conductor for 4 wire including necessary nuts, bolts and fixing properly on ACSR conductor complete all as specified.

S&F in repair of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specifie and directed.

S&F in repair of Shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, 75mm height, 90 mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specifie and directed.

S&F in repair Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, stringing ACSR conductor,of size 3 of 6/1 x 2.59 mm (Weasel), with and including dismantling old damaged conductor of any type, complete all as directed.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm sizeall as directed.

S&F in repair Stay assembly, comprising of MS galvanized stay plate 300mm x 500mm x 6mm, MS galvanized stay rod 20mm dia with nut 100cm long , MS galvanized stay bow 40cm long with 2 Nos galvanized thimbles, GI stay wire with insulating shackle 7/2.5mm SWG with and including all fittings as shown in electrical Plate No. 1 of SSR Part -I, including dismantling old stay assembly including concrete work, complete all as specified. NOTE: Necessary excavation & earth work , concrete work, loop type insulator & stay clamps shall be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Repair/maintenance and servicing of step down transformer 11 KV/433 Volt of capacity 200 KVA, comprising following work services :- (a) Disconnection carefully of cable end termination of HT & LT side. (b) Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks. (c) Draining out transformer oil and keeping aside in barrel for re-use and then again pouring back after necessary filteration and dehydration including top up with new transformer oil to make up the reduced quantity. (d) Replacement of top and buttom Gaskets. (e) Servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points. (f) Labour only for Cleaning of bush and stud both HT/LT side and refixing the same with new cock sheet as required. (g) Replacing unserviceable stud and bush as required as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (h) Reconnection of all cable terminals HV & LV sides and refixing the top cover after replacement of gaskets, conservator tank in position. (i) Cleaning and heating of silica gel in breather and replenishing with new silica gel to make up the reduced quantity. (j) Connecting HT & LT side with existing incoming and outgoing cables including reconnection of earth strip/lead. Note: (i) Filteration and dehydration of transformer oil, New transformer oil shall be measured separately.

Filteration and dehydration of old transformer oil and removing of sludge by continuous circulation through transformer oil filtration plant with heater strips to achieve dielectric strength of not less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap of electrode as per IS-1866(1985) and improvement of acidity by minimizing percentage of acidity using chemical reagents all as spedified and as directed by the Engn-in-Charge.

Supply and filling transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap after initial dehydration/filteration conforming to IS 335 and ISI marked tfor topping up of transformer all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
