Materials and labour for earthing as complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) & testing complete including taking down old U/S earthing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement for Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm burried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5mtrs below normal ground level, connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point on completion with and including 15mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe (upto 7.5mtr long) for earth and 20mm GI medium grade for watering including PCC chamber pit & cover with suitable lifting hooks, with funnel, wire mesh, common salt, charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including taking down old U/S earthing on completion all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for detection and locating of cable fault in underground damaged HT cables, 11000 Volts of any length and any type using cable fault detector/Locator machine of accuracy of 2 mtrs, vehicle mounted for various locations under AGE B/R Balasore including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of strata size required for visually inspect/repair the damaged cable when and complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable LED Street lights/Security lights/Bollard light/Flood lights fittings of any type and capacity from pole/ wall with dismantling the light fittings, checking its serviceability circuit board, driver units, and carried out necessary repairs/soldering of worn out circuits /connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Post Top Lantern LED type of 25 watt p for 360 degree indirect light IP 66 protection with low glare optical design and acrylic diffuser complete fixing on existing post top such as gate pillar in existing pipe by means of suitable nuts and connecting with twin core pvc copper wire 1.5 sqmm including taking down old unserviceable post top latern complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Post Top Lantern LED type of 40 watt p for 360 degree indirect light IP 66 protection with low glare optical design and acrylic diffuser complete fixing on existing post top such as gate pillar in existing pipe by means of suitable nuts and connecting with twin core pvc copper wire 1.5 sqmm including taking down old unserviceable post top latern complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED bollard light of 10 watts with cylindrcal pole integral decorative with polycarbonate diffuser with IP65 connection box complete with all accessories and internally prewired and necessary fixing arrangement including PCC platform by providing GI bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of 40mm dia GI pipe Bracket (as per sample) and matching with steet light, pipe bend to shape of approx length 1.5 Mtr including 2 no. MS Clamp of flat iron size 40x6 mm complete with nut, bolt, washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable junction box IP-66/67 weather proof for outdoor installation with metric knockouts for cable entry suitable for cable size upto 25 sqmm having diamention 205x255x112 mm including four terminals with single pole MBC 06 Amps mounted on din rail, fixing on street light poles including necessary clamps, suitable double compression cable glands, lugs and GI nut and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of Cable gland synthetic short entry thread metric (with one piece sealing ring) with locknuts IP -68 , sealing rang 10 to 17 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out old un-serviceable Non-integral light fittings upto 20 mtr High mast tower with checking its connection and unserviceable parts, such as Drivers, LED lamps, LED Fittings wiring of lights etc and replace the same and refitting in its position including servicing the double drum winch and greasing the 5 mm dia steel wire rope, wheels, operating handles with all parts and equipments of existing High mast Tower, fitting, Allignment upto length, testing complete in all respect after the high mast tower mounted complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Ethylene Propelene, Rubber (EPR) insulated & Polychloroprene (PCP) rubber sheathed rubber high mast elecric copper power cables 1100 volts grade as per relevant IS standard of size 2.5 sqmm 5 core, Temperature Range -40 to +105 C complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of steel wire rope 6 sqmm for 20 mtr high mast with checking its connection with all parts and equipments, testing complete in all respect after the high mast tower mounted complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out from site of unserviceable LT cable XLPE, aluminium armoured type 6 to 25 Sqmm 2/4 core from existing cable on/in surfaces,trenches or walls, floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cable jointing kit for HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185- 240 sqmm complete including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/hard soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line, and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of DWC (double wall corrugated) pipe, ISI marked, IS 16205 (part 24) : 2017 Part II of outer dia 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure underground cables including all connected accessories like coupler,o-ring etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of DWC (double wall corrugated) pipe of coupler, o-ring outer dia 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion / laying of 50/100 mm bore GI tubing of any description below/under road surface/floors/hardstanding etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing starta after laying pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of GI tubing light grade 40 mm with all fittings laid in trenches/road crossing/along the pole/wall for protection of cable/wire including taking out old GI tubing and making surface in condition complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair PVC copper cable Twin core of size 1.5sq mm for junction box to street light fitting connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair PVC conduit pipe of size 20mm for protection of copper wire to be fixed on elect pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair flexible hose pipe of size 20mm protection of copper wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on old steel surface of street light pole incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning, scrubing and preparation of surfaces of surrounding PCC pole and carrying out following phase of work all as directed :- (a) weather coat paint on all the sides of PCC pole, area above the zebra painting all as specified & directed. (b) carrying out painting by synthetic enamel paint one coat over the concrete surface of pole using black and yellow paint all as directed area above the pole coping upto 1.5 mtr and numbering the pole all as specified. (c) Silver colour spray painting of mild steel bracket, clamps and nut, bolts all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping/foundation of pole complete including demolition of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out from surrounding of pole upto 2 Mtr and all sub station including removing vegetation any type complete all as specified and as directed.
