M&L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 B-2 Type(40mm graded aggregate) as in Foundation of Poles, Stays, etc. including Formwork (as required) and including demolition of existing concrete and removal debrises from site etc all complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast RCC 1 : 2 : 4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs for man holes/cable trench cover slab ,septic tank etc, set in cement mortar I : 4 and including demolition of existing concrete and removal debrises from site etc allcomplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work for portion framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges , atops hand made sliding bolt etc conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

S & F in repair MS screw bolts of dia 5-10 mm/Anchor Fastner ( machine made ) with hexagonal or square at one end and screwded with other end or screwed both ends length of bolt n exc 5cm long complete all as directed by engineer in charge

M & L for servicing of LT panels/Feeder piller box of any size by complete cleaning of panel and bus bar at chamber with CRC solution, and welding the door using arc welding and fixing of hinges/Locking Handles/latches and necessary nut, bolts, washers and made it completely functional for open/close and incl checking of incoming and out going cable connections, Re-fixing of existing Cables, ACBs & MCCBs, and repair to connected PCC foundation and frame works, rewiring of control and power wiring of LT panel/Feeder with suitable size of FRLS cable but not less than 1.5 sqmm, replaceing of various unserviciable ON/OFF switches, lugs/Gland/Base plate/indicating Lamp/CT Coil etc making the panel fully functional including numbering the LT panel/feeder box and marking on panels (incoming and locations of outgoing MCCBs), to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost is inclusiveof Minor parts such as lugs, gland, nuts, bolts, washers, locking handle, latches, ON/OFF switches, Base Plate but Excluding Ammeter, Voltmeter, CT Coil, Indicating Lamp.

M&L for painting of LT panel by spraying two coats of Synthetic enammled paint of ivory colour over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning of rusty panel surface of both inside/ outside by emery paper and necesary preparation of old steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm dia means of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanized iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead/Strip and connected to control board or main switch or as directed by Engineer -in-Charge including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 for chamber & Pre-cast RCC cover of size 380 x 380 x 40 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering funnels , wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work complete.

Material and labour for fixing XLPE round sheathed , stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 2 core 6 sq mm , including taking down old UNSV cable complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium lugs suitable for LT UG XLPE aluminium/copper conductor cable including nuts,bolts,washers and PVC tape. complete all as specified and as direcred for following sizes. (a) 25 Sqmm LT UG XLPE aluminium/copper conductor cable

(b) 16 sqmm LT UG XLPE aluminium/copper conductor cable.

(c) 10 sqmm LT UG XLPE aluminium/copper conductor cable.

(d) 06 sqmm LT UG XLPE aluminium/copper conductor cable.

supply only Labour and highskilled electrician for findout of LT cable faults by disconnecting and taking out old existing LT cable of any sizes, in any position from trench/duct/panel and removing/excavating the outer surface of cable, examining cable and joints for defects and ascertaining suitability of cable for reuse, cutting out the defective portion of cable/joint, including taking out old serviceble PCC cable covers/Bricks or GI pipe of any type/size and relaying the cable with old serviceable bricks/PCC cable covers after repair/replacement of cable / jointing kit of any make or size of existing then make good the excavated area by returning/filling the same complete all as specified & directed. Note: (a) Using of new GI pipe or new jointing kit will be paid separately in concerned items (b) Excavation, refilling and sand/cable covers as used will be paid separately. (c) Irrespective of nature of complaint fault identification and necessary minor accessories as tape/lugs/nuts bolts/testing through test lamp or meggering for any fault identification and securing cables or connected switch gear after defect rectification is deemed to be included in the scope. (d) Fault finding Machine will be supplied by department but necessary tools /safety eqpts like hand gloves/discharge tools/helmet/torch/gum boots and other safety equipments as per standard practice is to be deemed to be included and proovided by contractor.

Supply and fix in replacement of self powered relay having contact rating 5 amps, 220v AC,with Over current , Short circuit , Earth fault protection for Ring main unit system. Relay should have a front USB port for laptop interface, LCD display,10 event records, 5 fault records, min 2 setting group and keypad for setting parameters for the relay all as directed by engineer in charge. Cat NO: CSDPR-V2-200 of C&S Electric/L&T/Legrand/Siemens Note: after installation relay setting, calibration & test must be done by authorised OEM and testing report shall be submitted by contractor before processing payment .

Supply and fix in replacement of relay battery compact size high energy efficient sealed lithium cell battery 3 v, 2500mAh capacity for RMU Relay. Make: Duracell/Panasonic/Eveready/Maxwell
