Supply and installation testing and commissioning of Ring main unit both side extensible type manual operated outdoor type floor mounted with cable trench beneath with one load breaker switch and three VCBs SF6 filled of 11KV 630 Amp,3 Phase 3 wire 50Hz complete with following specifications (a) Rated Voltage Ur -12 KV (b) Lifting Lugs /hinges to be provided of outlet body for lifting whole equip (c) SF6 Gas tank of stainless Steel with thickness 2.5 mm of gde 304 to meet the IEC requirement (d)Pretreatment and painting of as per 7 tank process dual coat on CRCA enclosure epoxy polyster hybrid resin based powder with shade RL 7032 (e)Rating sticker Dos /Donot stickers to be provided (f)Temp rising Limit as per IEC 62271-200 (g)Aluminium Bus bar of size 50x10mm for phase suitabl;e for 630 Amps (h)Copper Bus bars size 30x3mmfor earth bus bar (j)Rated short time withstand current 21kA for 3 Sec (k)Any specification not mentioned above but will be provided as per OEM specification (l) Protection relay with overload, earth fault, overcurrent, three phase indication, fault level alongwith connected CT, PTs as required.

M&L for removing the exisitng two/four structre consisting of rail pole/ pcc pole, cross arms, GOD, horn gap fuses, insulators by breaking the PCC/ cutting the pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall deposit the GOD, horngap fuse, insulators to MES store at his own cost.

Supply and fixing FRP fencing made up with using FRP rod 12 mm dia, channel size 50x24x4 mm box section 50x25 mm I Section 38x15x3 mm and square box section 50x50mm in post embedded in plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 20 mm graded stone aggrerate (45x45x45cm) including necessary excavation and earthwork at 1.25 m C/C with height of fencing 2 m from GL including entracne gate of size 1mx2m of same material MS aldrop bolt 300mm long , 150 mm size pressed steel handles and 2 Nos tower bolts MS hinges as required etc complete all as specified and directed Make : Syntex or equivalent as approved by GE Note :- Verticle posts and rail section shall be manufactured of fibre glass reinforcement min 45% and formulation of polystrbased thermoset resigns.

M & L for loose filling with aggregate of size 40 mm graded of 20 cm thickness around the sub station complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground or fixed on walls/poles with fixing arrangement of nut bolt as required complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs modular switch 1 way,16Amps,1module,240V, ISI Marked and suitable for existing type as per site requirement and including removing old usnv items complete all as specified and directed.
