Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in,including spreading ,levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Controlled concrete of grade M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers,columns and stanchions,square, rectangular,with rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm (CRS) dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia (CRS) and below cut to length bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coping in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of Broken stone/boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L100mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate Finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate Finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre cast concrete inter locking paver block of any and size with grey cement and pigment (coloured) confirming to IS-15658-2006 of thickness 60mm,M-35 grade over and including 20mm thick (consolidated thickness ) stone dust washing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles and including provision of 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius on plan complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for new surfaces of wall applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volt grade, conforming IS 694 & colour code in conduit system of wiring, drawn in including medium grade PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia concealed, including cutting chases and making good disturbed surface complete, including single core solid conductor copper 1.5 sqmm size solid PVC insulated unsheathed cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in same conduit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to earth lead wire of GI wire 4mm dia by means of nuts/bolts and washers, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade upto 1.5 mtr below ground level for protection pipe ,excavation and earth work charcole dust, common salt PCC 1:3:6 type C-I using 20 mm stone aggregate for chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type BI using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, round ,PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in Plate no 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and connected to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified and directed . S&L well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks (using old size brick) laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
