Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in surface channels incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drains or channels 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, incl forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in coping laid to slope and finished even and smooth complete without using extra cement including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement incl finishing the surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

Supply only integral water proofing compound as specified

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble stone masonary uncoursed well bonded bedded solidly hearted brought to courses built in CM 1:6 complete

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses for granite or trap stone, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for raised pointing to random or polygon rubble, uncouersed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping over retaining wall incl necessary form work.

M & L for PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors of 75mm bore of pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.
