M&L for Double Charged Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incluiding Screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match incluiding Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18mm to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incluiding Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incluiding Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (Openable) Door made of extruded profile wilh wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with mitlti chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 78mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling ol holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + -0.2mm thick galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27mm), T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall wilh 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement door handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated). Corner striker. Secondary Strikers. Cylinder. Door transmission gear made of mild sleel with multi point locking system with strikes. 3D Hinges of zinc alloyed (white powder coated) [and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass. Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200mm Bore Dia PVC Rain water pipe including clamp and screw complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Toughned glass 12mm thick as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Fair cutting n exc 10 cm width or girth on exposed surfaces of brickwork such as in splays, chamfers, etc. including rubbed finish and waste complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) set in CM 1:4 in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets,caps, stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore made up of broken stones or builders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-30 Grade in grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50 mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Prepairation of concrete surfaces over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer on kerb stone complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm in floors as well as walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, crubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7 mm/450x350x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring with 2 single core 10 Sqmm PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed cable multistranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade in and including concealed PVC conduit heavy duty 1.6 mm thick 32 mm dia ISI marked with complete accessories including continuous earth wire of green colour PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note – 2 Nos of single core cable along with earth wire and PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

Supply and fixing round shape 12 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copperconductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully indoor & Outdoor AC units from the wall/outside of window by disconnecting copper pipe, electrical connections and re fixing at another building as directed, including making hole on wall and using extra copper pipes, cables, cleaning and servicing the AC units complete with charging of gas if any required for working complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost includes of all T&P required to remove outdoor unit from existing fourth / fifth floor window and providing new stand at new location for outdoor unit.

All as per item No 59 here-in-before but with copper conductor 2.5 sqmm for One 3 pin socket outlet, 15 amps on independent board complete all as specified and directed.
