S & F 4mm thick plain Aluminium composite panel (ACP) board of approved shade, which should consist of 3.5 mm thickness LPDE core sandwiched between two Aluminum coil of alloy AL 3105 – H16/H24 of 0.25 mm thickness. The weight of ACP should be above 4 kg/m2. The top surface shall be finished with PVDF/FEVE based coating (thickness 25 microns) and service coating on the reverse side shall be with PE (Thickness 5-7 microns) base and coating shall be confirm to AAMA 2605 standard fixed to aluminium door complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 4mm thick plain Aluminium composite panel (ACP) board of approved shade, which should consist of 3.5 mm thickness LPDE core sandwiched between two Aluminum coil of alloy AL 3105 – H16/H24 of 0.25 mm thickness. The weight of ACP should be above 4 kg/m2. Treatiing existing water proofing roof treatment comprising the following specification and as directed :- (a) Surface Treatment: The cleaning and preparation of the substrate to which the Ultron or equivalent system is applied must be carried out thoroughly to leave a sound base for the application. Any laitance present on the surface must be removed mechanically. Grinding the unsound and undulated concrete surface to make it a fairly smooth surface. Surface defects exposed during surface preparation such as shrinkage cracks, minor honey combing, minor damage to joint arises, and etc. Concrete craks & Cavity treatment-The cracks will be treated with grooving with 25-25mm and filling with polymer modified mortar (b) Primer Coat: Providing and applying two component brush/roller applied Solvent based epoxy primer in two coats. (c) Coating Application: Providing and applying two-component brush/roller applied high performance, solvent free Polyurea polyurethane hybrid waterproofing membrane Ultron or equivalent with excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance and durability, based on specially designed advanced polyurea-polyurethane chemistry which forms a uniform, elastic, waterproof, vaporpermeable sealing layer after application and curing forming a seamless cast in situ membrane providing high Mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV and weather resistance properties; Providing and applying high performance hybrid polyurea liquid applied membrane Ultron @ 1.5-1.8 Kg/Sq. Mt. in 2-3 coats. Specific Gravity: 1.2 (IS 101) Solid Content: 78% (IS 101) Brookefield Viscosity : 2370 CP (ASTM D 4402) Elongation at break: 600 ± 50% (ASTM D 2370) Tensile strength: 12.6 N /mm2 (ASTM D 2370) Hardness according to SHORE A: 80 (ASTM D 2240) Hardness according to SHORE D: 30 (ASTM D 2240) Adhesive Bond Strength: 3 MPA (ASTM D 4541) Skid Resistance: 45 (ASTM E 274) Crack Bridging Ability: 4.5 mm (ASNZ 4548) Q-UV test for Weathering: 2000 Hours (ASTM G 154) (d) Providing and laying geotextile membrane of 100 GSM laid on top of the waterproofing coating of Smartcare Ultron as a separation layer between the waterproofing treatment and the screed concrete. (e) Providing and laying screed of M20 grade concrete tadmixed with integral waterproofing compound Smartcare Vitalia Neo with a dosage of 200ml per 50kg bag of cement, laid to proper slope of 1:100. Avg thickness of screed 35-40mm (Make: Dr. FIXIT/Fosroc/SIKA/REDWOP Chemicals/Asian Paints) Note: (The Rate included taking down existing APP membrane along wirh plastering and demolition of conrete screed bed to expose the RCC roof slab)

Treatiing water proofing roof treatment over existing roof treatment comprising the following specification and as directed :- (a) Surface Preparation: Area to be waterproofed will be prepared by removing all loose materials. Grinding all the surface to remove any sharp protrusion and to get uniform surface. All visible cracks will be treated by opening the crack 25 X 25 mm and treating it with polymer modified mortar. Cleaning entire surface to get dust free surface (b) Coating Application:Chemical coating will be done on prepared area by using Asian Paints Smart Care Damp proof Ultra or equivalent. AP Smart care Damp Proof Ultra or equivalent is one component fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane. It has excellent resistant to water and UV and anti-fungal properties. It has a tensile strength of 2.9 MPA, having elongation of 350%. It will be applied in three coats sandwiched with fiber mesh / geotextile of 45 GSM with a consumption of 1.25 Kg per sqmt. 1st coat will be done as a primer coat with 30% dilution with water 2nd & 3rd coat will be done over primed surfaced without dilution and fiber mesh or 45 GSM geotextile will be sandwiched between 2nd and 3rd coat to enhance the mechanical property of chemical. (Make: Dr. FIXIT / Fosroc/SIKA/ REDWOP Chemicals/Asian paint)

Taking down cement plaster any description and the like on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.40% by the weight of cment on wall complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Liquid WPC Measured and paid seperately)

M & L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls and two coats acrylic interior emulsion paint having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% Acrylic Smooth exterior emulsion paint with Silicone additives of required shade@ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to tore (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S & F for 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 110 mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of any type of capacity exc 250 but n.exc 500 liters and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 ltrs capacity (cylin-drical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified in SSR Part I .

Dismantling water tanks of any type of capacity exc 500 liters but n. exc 1000 ltrs and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 ltrs capacity (cylin-drical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified in SSR Part I .

Disconnecting existing 500 Ltr tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing 1000 Ltr tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Steel rolling shutters, with ball bearing thickness of lath 1.25 mm as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and safety lever lock 4 lever ; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of steel rolling shutters including necessary repairs / replacement of spare parts if required and cleaning dust, greasing etc including making good the disturb surface of brick / RCC wall in existing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts to be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 75 mm wide, 1.25 mm thick MS profile for rolling shutter, riveted / welded were necessary including taking out old unserviceable profile one coat of red oxide primer and painting one coat complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs ball bearing for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs MS spring 40 CM long for rolling shutter for counter balancing the weight of rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 0.80 mm Mild steel, plain, black sheet in rolling shutter cover hood, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

S & F for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete with Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete with Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 1.25 mm Mild steel, plain, black sheet in steel gates, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or priviously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paintover a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Treatment for damaged projection of roof or chajjas comprising the following specification and as directed. (a) Dismantling and stripping the damaged concrete of Internal Roof plaster by light chiseling and other manual methods until damage surfaces clean up. That might affect adhesion are to be removed by wire brushing. The entire exposed surface shall be washed thoroughly with Clean water and then allowed to dry. (b) Exposing the corroded reinforcement completely along its full circumference, cleaned to remove all loose scale and corrosion deposit applying rust removing chemical followed by removing the rust by sand paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry. ( Dr. FIXIT / Fosroc / SIKA / REDWOP Chemicals/Asian paint ) (c) Supply and Application of Epoxy Zinc Rich primer on the Prepared Reinforced surface after electro welding of it’s sectional area by brush , the primer should have a minimum specific gravity 1.75. Minimum Wet film thickness /coat 100 microns & Dry film thickness / coat 40 microns. Minimum Adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5 N/mm2. ( Dr. FIXIT / Fosroc / SIKA / REDWOP Chemicals/Asian Paint ) (d) A general purpose Epoxy Bonding agent to be applied on the concrete surface before the application of free flow non-shrink cementitious micro concrete mortar. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 40 N/mm2 as per BS6319 Part 7. Minimum Flexural Strength 25 N/mm2 as per BS 6319 Part 3 and minimum bond strength as per ASTM C88111 N/mm2 . ( Dr. Fixit / Fosroc / SIKA / REDWOP/Asian Paint). (e) Supply and Apply non shrink highly consistent light weight high grade polymer modified repair mortar for vertical and over head cementitious patch work mortar system where local spelling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The mortar can be applied from a minimum 5mm to 50mm thickness in vertical and overhead applications. The mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 35 N/mm2 in 7 days and 45 N/mm2 in 45 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 6.5 N/mm2 in 28days. (f) Supply and Apply, covering plaster up to 10 mm thick with mixing ratio 1- 4 Cement / Sand, adding adhesives (Butadiene Styrene Emulsion), for smooth finishing on after Application of non shrink highly consistent light weight high grade polymer modified repair mortar .
