Make:- Sintex/Hensel or equivalent make approved by GE.

S&F bracket for street light made out of 1.5 Mtr long, 40 mm bore GI tubing, medium grade bent to required angle/ shape with and including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, & washers of suitable size and including taking down old existing bracket complete all as specified and directed .

S&F garden light LED fittings 10 watt, inverted pyramid tripod LED bolard with soft 360 degree light, IP 65 protection including taking down old UNSV garden light complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Necessary manpower/accessories ladder/ tapping/connecting wire etc required for replacement is deemed to be included in quoted rate).

(Note: Necessary manpower/accessories ladder/ tapping/connecting wire etc required for replacement is deemed to be included in quoted rate).

Supply and fixing in replacement Manual Rotating Search Light (CS Mounted) for fixing inside watch-tower’s cabin) LED 300 Watt 230 V AC complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Crompton/Bajaj/Philips/Havells/Kalin or other make as approved by GE)

Supply and fix in replacement 24 watt LED aviation obstruction light complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI or steel wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, pit, funnel, 20 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10 mm dia TMT bar 250 mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Earth in replacement continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing swan neck poles to required length,cutting shall be done with necessary crane/hydra/equipment with proper safety,welding od round plate on the top of the pole with necessary welding work and removing of cutted swan neck portion to MES store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtrs long) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular pole surface, 11/12 metre high of any description by preparation of old painted surface and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for Repair/ maintenance of street lights/ yard lights/ high mast fitting/ luminaire of any size/ type fixed on poles/bldgs/tower including taking down as required at a height exc. 8m from the ground level including dismantling all the defective components, checking its serviceability circuit board, driver units and carried out necessary minor repairs/soldering of worn out circuits /connections, replacement of unserviceable parts and refixing the same after repair including connecting and testing the same, replacing the fused lamps, burnt out wiring, ballast and igniter, capacitor and reassembling and fixing the fitting to original position complete, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed . Replacement of fused wire is deemed to be included and other items will be measured and paid separately under relevant items, however securing wiring/ tapeing/refixing is deemed to be included in Job. Note: (a) Irrespective of fittings/ components replaced, the measurement shall be made for one pole as one unit. (b) Attending through necessary ladder arrangement on vehicle or ladders etc shall be arranged by the contractor. (c) Necessary tools /safety eqpts like hand gloves/discharge tools/helmet/torch/gum boots and other safety equipments as per standard practice is to be deemed to be included and proovided by contractor. (d) Contractor is completely responsible for the safety of manpower employed by him.

M&L for vegetation/wild grass/bushes clearance around feeder pillar boxes, street light/LT poles for prventive maintenance/break down attendance complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The contractor should provide sufficient manpower and machinery as required for immediate preventive/ breakdown services. (b) The contractor should provide all safety gears like helmet, gum boots/ apron etc and safety of the workmen will be responsibility of contractor.

Supply only the following for fixing the defective componets under relevant Item No 29 here in before.
