S & F 2nd class hard wood plain solid straight chowkats and frames,wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned joints complete all as per specified and directed.

S & F of Glazed and skeleton shutters for window and ventilators of 2nd class hardwood with thickness of batten 30 mm, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (with sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8. clause 8.20 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Plain, framed, panelled shutters of 2nd class hardwood with thickness of batten 30 mm (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers; supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Flush shutters of thickness 30mm, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows & other frames/ Chowkat of size 65 x 100mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/Cum,screw withdrawl strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comressive strength of 58 N/mm2,modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. (Note : MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note : For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account ahall be made. (Make : Duroplast / RAJSHREE or make as mentioned in PS ).

S & F of factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawl strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum comressive strength of 50 N/mm2,modules of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws complete all as per specified and directed. (Note: Stainless steel butt hunges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid for separately). (Make : Duroplast / RAJSHREE or make as mentioned in PS).

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work incl finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old cement plastered including racking out joints complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as per specified and directed.

S & F 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-14 above but 150 mm long

S & F 300 mm long aluminium anodised sliding door bolt with hasp staple (bolt type) and fixing clip of shut cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section as cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 125 mm size extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed type C- 21 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100 mm size extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed type C- 21 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 150 mm extruded aluminium alloy handle fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-18 above but 125 mm long

S & F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and avg width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire stapples complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories having area of window not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each complete all as per specified and directed. (Note: (i) The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. (ii) Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

All as per item No 21 above but area of winodw exceeding 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour fixed window made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm(+-0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (60mm x 58mm). T profile (Onevertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket. 1.2 +–0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), T profile (27mm x 17 mrn) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners- 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass having not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each complete all as per specified and directed. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone concrete or brick surrounds,glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4.8 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 5mm thick frosted sheet glass panes selected quality glazing with Aluminium frame and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm sheet glass tinted quality and glazing with aluminium frame and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of pink primer on wooden surfaces incl preparation of new wooden surfaces complete all as per specified and directed.

S & F inrepair aluminium extruded section body Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
