Taking down chowkats or frame exceeding 1.50 Sq.m and n exc 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement door /cupboards 30/35mm thick with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking best quality sliding bole 250mm dia having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws,etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-inCharge. (Glass shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply and fixing UPVC door with frame made out of hollow chambered UPVC section having isolated drainage and reinforcement throughout with galvanised steel the corner shall be mitre cut and fusion welded and grooved for aesthetic finish, the out frame of the bug mesh system shall be made out of UPVC sections having an overall size of 60 mm x 48 mm (only on hinge side) and must have wall thickness of 2.2 mm. They shall be provided with "C" type of section, galvanised steel throughout the extion (except corners) of minimum 2 mm thickness and having the dimesnion 25mm x 14 mm. Two numbers of horizontal T-mulion of size 76 mm x 60 mm shall be provided to add strength. The glazing provided shall be of an epoxy coated SS mesh. The mesh system shall be complete with all necessary hardware like C handle alongwith aldrop the fixing of bug mesh on the putty/plastered wall shall be with the help of nylon fasteners having size of 8 mm x 100 mm (brick wall only). All gaps on the sides of window after fixing shall be closed with the help of weather/silicons/gap fillers (cannot be done where excessive tapering is found). The brand of UPVC shall be Plastone (T-60 series) or equivalent as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.
