M&L Brick work using fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bar10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirallyfor hopping for columns, hookong ends and bindingwith & including mild steel wire (annealed)not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specifiedand directed.

All as per item no. 8 above but 6 to 8mm dia as in stirrups complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long and dia of neck 11 mm to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and rafts beams, sides and soffits (in any ) of foundation and plinth beams etc and similar work, vertical or to batter for Fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F PVC insulated chain link fencing including line wire of size 3.15 mm dia and 100x100 mm mesh made up in mattresses or cases, lapped wire and laid in position to RCC fenccing and straining and fixing to any type of posts, straining bolts, standard bolt, incl securing or tying at crossing with and including provision of galvanized mild steel wire sraples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed (each line of wire to be measured for the purpose of payment)

S&F Flat Iron strip 40 mm x 6 mm for securing chain link fencing with RCC posts incl drilling holes, notching for wire etc. for inserting bolts incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. complete

M&L for two coats of white wash on previously untreated (new) surface of RCC posts or wall incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out /Dismantling with out any damages of existing serviceable 1XLT Panel & approximate 100 mtr length UG cable of any size/rating. The same material shifting and refixing as directed location of taking out existing LT panel and UG cable from existing location to directed location without any damaged from PCC foudation,couping after disconnection of electrical supply by using necessary T&P/ cutting/welding and any other mechanical method and necessary cuttings, fabrications, altrations,nuts,bolts and washers and re-fixing the same as per site requirement/directed location and including providing necessary lugs,glands,nuts,bolts and washers etc and making proper apply red oxide and anti corrosive painting two coats & PCC foundation suitable for LT panel board and taking out LT cable fixing along the wall surface incl providing saddles/clamping for each running meter and necessary lugs,nuts,bolts and washers etc debris disposal upto distance not exc 100 mtr at defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Boaring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.0 Mtr bellow the road surface) with the help of GI tubing of any dia not exc 80mm dia for passing of UG cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling in and speading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables, pipe lines, protection pipes and foundations etc and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well rammimg in layer n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr ant depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed

Takig down carefully existing geyser of any capacity after disconnecting all necessary electrical & water supply connections and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN/Main switch includig old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs,isolators etc and making good to disturbed surface all as specifed and directed

Takig down old unsv sub main wiring of any type/size/capacity from surface/concealed of any type/place and removing material from site and making good to disturbed surface all as specifed and directed

Material and labour for cutting chasing,pinning of brick/ stone/concrete wall at any height wall cutting and chases for concealed wiring for 20/25 mm PVC conduit dia pipe,water tubing,etc and making good to facings where required and pointing in cement motor 1:3 to ends or edges of landigs,wall surfaces etc,cutting not exc 10 cm girth and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface and colour shade with proper putty for smooth finishing with existing wall complete all as specified and directed
