Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

M&L hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone

Scarifying or picking Gravelled Macadam or Bituminous Macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 Sqm and exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 by mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam with 4% binder paving bitumen (VG-30) content by wt. of total mix laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated thickness 75 mm thickness or less, and rolled with power roller 8 to 10 Ton complete all as specified and directed

Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scouring sunken surface in roads path etc, cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming including supply of road metal complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces using heavy duty air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 05 Kg/10 Sqm over existing surfaces using paving bitumen VG-10 by mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick (Consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete(SDAC) with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight to total mix, Mixed in automatic hot mix plant, laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5%, the same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix design, the same shall be regularised as per actual mix design with minus price adjustment for less bitumen at market rate at the time of execution. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eye made of polycarbonate moulded body with electronically welded micro prismatic lens on both side of maximum retro reflection in wet and dry conditions and to be fixed with glue and nails as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy (100 % water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mmx125 mmx25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed all as specified and directed

S&F in repair "Sparkle road side delineators with tri colour reflector and 150mm wide reflectro radium sticker pasted over painted MS pipes approx 100mm dia and 100 cm long fixed in cement concrete bedding 150mmx150mmx300mm, 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate incl necessary earth work complete all as specified.

S&F in repair plastic speed bumb of ABS material speed breaker/rubber rumbler of size L 250mmxW 350 mmxH 50 mm fixed with metallic bolt of suitable size embedded in epoxy as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Holes in road shall be drilled with drill machine and necessary cleaning of hole shall be done with blower prior to install the road stud.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

M & L Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified.

M&L for RCC, Nominal Mix Type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work in tubular poles & trusses (framed) including purlins,rafters and special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in coping laid to slope and finished even and smooth complete without using extra cement including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement incl finishing the surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement.
