Supply and fix MCCB 200A, 35 kA, four pole with factory made sheetmetal enclosure duly powder coated complete with all necessary accessories including fixing on wall complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix factory made copper bus bar unit 200A, 6way, fixed over insulator, complete inside metallic enclosure with protection necessary metallic structure fixed with trolley system with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L trolley suitable for mounting of 100 KVA dry type isolation transformer, stablizer, LT panel and cables, MCCB, Bus bar system made of rolled steel medium flanged beams of size not less than 150x45x6mm thick and interconnected by 'C' channel of appropriate size for support, mounted on two wheel of size 7.50x16 of make CEAT/MRF complete with inner tube including towing arrangements, provision for left and right movement and fabricated tool box and other any related work complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction and it is also includes the following accessories :- (a) 'C' Channel of Size 100x50x6mm lower frame and supported with partition at four placs. Supply and lay double wall corrugated pipe of size 120x103 and as per IS:16205 (part-24) with all necessary fixtures, joints, coupler to lay XLPE cable complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for fabrication of structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of new steel surfaces all as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III (PROVN OF 10 NOS SOLAR STREET LIGHTS)

Supply of Solar integral AIO (All-in-One) streetlight with high pressure die-cast (LM6 Alloy) Aluminium housing, reliable & robust construction with IP65 & IK08 protection, suitable for OD 50/60mm bracket, 60W solar light having Min system lumen 6000 lm/W, system voltage 24V, suitable for 24hrs (2 Nights) Autonomy. The luminaire should work on Hybrid mode with priority for solar, in case solar charging is not available then it should automatically switch to AC grid supply for reliable operation. Dimming Profile From Dusk – First 04 hours full brightness level, Next fixed at 30% Brightness level, Lithium Ferro-phosphate Battery capacity min 52Ah@12.8V, Integrated MPPT charger with driver having 90% efficiency. Panel capacity min 90Wp, System Efficacy 175lm/W, & system wattage should not be more than 60W ± 2%, if wattages increases then the size of battery & panel shall also be increased in similar percentage to maintain equal autonomy of the system. The PV module should be made up of crystalline silicon solar cells "Mono-Crystalline" and must have a certificate of testing conforming to IEC 61215 Edition II / BIS 14286 & IEC 61730-1,2 IEC60598, Operating temp -10 Degree C to 50 Degree C, certifying above given parameters all reports shall be from In-house NABL or IECQ or any international accredited Laboratory.

Supply and install GI pipe 50mm dia (medium class) for mounting street light system at item No.3.01 above with pole top cover duly fabricated to suit pipe dia with aluminium painted, bottom foundation strip etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IV (PROVISION OF 06 NOS CEILING FAN)
