Material and labour for heat shrikable type LT Jointing kit for 1.1 KV XLPE cables of size 6-16 sqmm 4 core straight through joint complete including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out old un-serviceable Non-integral light fittings from 13.5 mtr High mast tower with checking its connection and unserviceable parts, such as Drivers, LED lamps, LED Fittings etc and replace the same and refitting in its position including servicing the double drum winch and greasing the 5 mm dia steel wire rope, wheels, operating handles with all parts and equipments of existing High mast Tower, fitting, Allignment upto length, testing complete in all respect after the high mast tower mounted complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Ethylene Propelene, Rubber (EPR) insulated & Polychloroprene (PCP) rubber sheathed rubber high mast elecric power cables 1100 volts grade as per relevant IS standard of size 2.5 sqmm 5 core, Temperature Range -40 to +105 C complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F winch assembly for 13.5 mtr high mast with checking its connection with GI High Mast Head, High Mast Luminaire ring, Centralizing arm and Pulleys etc. equipments testing complete in all respect after the high mast tower mounted complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of steel wire rope 6 sqmm for 13.5 mtr high mast with checking its connection with all parts and equipments, testing complete in all respect after the high mast tower mounted complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully undergound cables of any sizes for testing, meggering and keeping serviceable cable and cable protection old bricks in safe costody for re-use with making good distubed surfaces,trenches or walls, floors etc complete all as specified & directed .

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No 19 above but for cable of size 16 sqmm 4 core.

All as per SI item No 19 above but for cable of size 10 sqmm 4 core.

All as per SI item No 19 above but for cable of size 6 sqmm 2 core.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line, and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of DWC (double wall corrugated) pipe, SN 8, ISI marked, IS 16205 (part 24) : 2017 Part II of outer dia 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure underground cables including all connected accessories like coupler, o-ring etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of DWC (double wall corrugated) pipe of coupler, o-ring outer dia 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion / laying of 50/100 mm bore GI tubing of any description below/under road surface/floors etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing streta after laying pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of GI tubing light grade 40 mm with all fittings laid in trenches/road crossing/along the pole for protection of cable including taking out old GI tubing and making surface in condition complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement, PVC copper cable Three core of size 1.5sq mm for junction box to street light fitting connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement, PVC conduit pipe of size 20mm for protection of copper wire to be fixed on elect pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing, in replacement, flexible hose pipe of size 20mm protection of copper wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning, scrubing and preparation of surfaces of surrounding PCC pole and carrying out following phase of work all as directed :- (a) weather coat paint on all the sides of PCC pole, area above the zebra painting all as specified & directed. (b) carrying out painting by synthetic enamel paint one coat over the concrete surface of pole using black and yellow paint all as directed area above the pole coping upto 1.5 mtr and numbering the pole all as specified. (c) Silver colour spray painting of mild steel bracket, clamps and nut, bolts all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out from surrounding of pole upto 2 Mtr and all sub station including removing vegetation any type complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletcrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick electrode as buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32mm x 6mm thick by means of bolts nuts, check nuts and washers at complete etc all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit in PCC(1:3:6) type CI cast iron frame 50mm thick pre cast RCC (1:1½ :3) nominal mix cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and funnel with watering pipe wire mesh GI protection pipe 40mm bore including testing complete including taking out old us earthing material all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note - Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F installation of factory made Galvanized Iron Octagonal Street Light Pole 9 meter long, Hot dip Bottom Dia : 155mm, Top - 70mm, with Base Plate : 260 x 260 x16mm,, bolts, nuts and screws, erected true vertical position including making suitable holes where required J bolts single arem bracket, Bolts, nuts etc, Templates : M20 x 750mm L x 4nos all as shown on TD drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F installation of All -in-One Solar Street light 60 Watt with high efficiency mono crystalline solar PV module, LiFePO battery wih inbuilt BMS technology, MPPT charge controller, aluminium extruded body IP 65 with serviceable battery compartment, high efficacy LED150LPW and PIR dimming provided for optimizing battery autonomy complete all as specified and as directed.
