Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory assembled Diesel Engine Driven Generating set fully wired alternator to give an output of 200 KVA (160KW) Prime Rating at Rated RPM (as per ISO 8528 part-V,G3)1 continious rating at a power factor 0.8 lagging, 415 Volts ,3 Phase, 4 wire, AC,50Hz+/- 1%,1500 RPM, Approximate weight of genset with canopy dry weight-3080 kgs,Wet(w/o fuel) kgs-3150 kgs, 6 cylinders directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled mounted on iron base frame along with in built fuel tank of capacity 400 trs incl providing suitable first filling of fuel line and battery with leads, first fill of lubricating oil 25 ltrs of capacity,coolant capacity-28.9 ltrs,Engine safeties,H-Class insulation and protections,Overall dimensions of genset approxomately-LxBxH-4200mmx1450mmx1900mm,Electrical battery starting voltage 12Volts DC,alternator efficiency at 100% load in 0.8 pf-92.6 %, and other accessories,foundation work as per manufacturer instructions, anti vibration pads and Acoustic enclosure as per latest CPCB-IV+ norms as amended upto date (75dBA at 1 meter in free field condition) and other accessories etc and including providing suitable for functioning AMF Panel and including comprising of necessary accessories as required for functioning as under following:- Make of DG Set :- Kirloskar oil engine limited Genset(kirloskar,KOEL Green brand) Model No:-KG4-200WS1 or equivalent make of Cummins/Greaves Ltd as approved.(a) DIESEL ENGINE:-Water cooled turbo charged diesel engine rated output (Prime continuous rating as per ISO-8528-1) of 248-250 HP and 183 KW,6 cylinders, rated speed 1500 rpm,cubic capacity-6.48 Ltrs,bore x Stroke-105 x125mm,Aspiration-TA,lube oil change period 500 hrs,lube oil tank capacity-25 ltrs,coolant capacity-28.9 ltrs,Adblue/DEF capacity-45 ltrs with 10% overload for one hour once in 12 hours continuous operation and including comprising the following accessories. 4 wire, 415 volts,50Hz, 1500 RPM;0.8 power factor lagging,efficiency-92.6,Max voltage dip at full load 0.8 pf lag at 20% self excited,self regulated with AVR brushless excitation,screen protected, drip proof insulation class 'H',IP 23 protection,copper winded and conforming to BS 5000/IS 4722.(updated) Make:-Kirloskar Electric /Stamford/ Greaves cotton/cummins (c) Acoustic enclosure:-The acoustic enclosure(canopy) suitable for 200KVA/160KW DG set made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet outer body and door & inner surface with 1.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coating and superior finish, air inlet louvers, see thgrough transparent window with openable air tight door and spring locking arrangement,inside illumination with LED light fitting and emergncy stop switch at exterior body complete with structural steel base frame duly painted in black, the walls of the canopy shall be insulated with fire retardant foam or rock wool insulation so as to comply with 75dBA at one metre distance as per guidlines of central pollution control board(CPCB)norms as amended upto date.Make :- Kirloskar(KOEL GREEN)/Kala Genset/Goel Power engineers/Sudhir Genset ltd / Powerica / Jackson/) (d) DG Set Inside Control Panel(State of the art Genset Controller):- The Control Panel board (indoor type) suitable for operation 3 phase,4 wire,415 volts, 50Hz,cubical type made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet with powder coating hinged door, locking arrangement, aluminium bus bar of suitable capacity with incoming and outgoing termination and comprising the following:-(i) Electronic controller digital type complete with all accessories as per manufacturer specification displaying the features like battery voltage,water temperature,Lube oil pressure,engine speed, engine hours,current, voltage,frequency.(ii) MCCB 315 Amps,4pole,36 KA,415V,50Hz - 01 No(iii) Key switch(iv) Start /stop Push button(v) Instrument fuses(vi) Internal wiring and necessary control fuses& MCBs etc.Note:- 1.The diesel for final load testing of 12 hours 10% overload for one hour once in 12 hours continuous operation and necessary testing equipment like resistance load testing strip/coil heater of suitable capacity/rating shall be provided by the contractor and cost deemed to be included in quoted rate and any other items required for final testing shall also be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.2.Load tesing/Fuel consumption test carried out in presence of Rep of Accepting officer and Engineer-in-Charge for fixing of average fuel consumption for futher record. 3.The contractor shoul be produceed DG set manufacturer user manual and anual maintenance manual books for further maintenance. 4. The contractor produced guarantee certificate from the original manufacturers minimum two years required for the department for further any damages spares or non functioning items should be replaced without any extra cost contrator will be fully responsible.

Supply, laying, testing LT cable, PVC insulated, galvanized steel strip armoured, 1100Volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 185 sqmm,305 core laid in trenches/through pipes/ ducts/walls/Boaring and including cable connections with necessary aluminium lugs duly crimped properly and stainless steel glands,nuts,bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.
