Item No. 2: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MONOBLOCK CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION PUMP for 7.5 LPS water flow and 12 MWC head along with elastomeric insulation (1W + 1S), self-priming, single-stage, centrifugal volute type having cast iron casing, enclosed type dynamically balanced phosphor-bronze / SS impeller, high tensile steel shaft, carbon steel stuffing box (sealed by mechanical seal), deep groove ball bearings, base plate, mounting channel frame, elastomeric insulation, accessories and fittings, viz. mechanical seal, pressure gauges, thermometers, drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring / rubber type mounting and TEFC squirrel cage induction motor, suitable for operation on 3- Phase, 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz AC supply and having IE- 3 efficiency and conforming to IS 12615: 2018 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of pump, mounting of VFD and pump accessories shall be covered in the scope of work.

Item No. 3: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FRP RECTANGULAR SHAPE INDUCED DRAUGHT COOLING TOWER, vertical, counter flow with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer, suitable for 35 TR AC plant capacity, having tough fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) casing of sufficient structural strength to withstand vibrations and wind velocity upto 60 m/s, FRP basin, rigid honeycomb type PVC fill of suitable thickness, SS sprinklers and non-clogging sprinkler pipes, FRP drift eliminator, energy efficient induced draught axial type fans with factory set and dynamically balanced blade pitch, inlet, outlet, drain and over-flow nozzle connections, etc. and TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable for 3- Phase, 415 ± 10% V, 50 Hz AC electric supply having IE-3 efficiency and conforming to IS 12615: 2018 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary civil work viz. foundation, supporting structure, etc. for placement of cooling tower shall be covered in the scope of work.

Note :- Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of pump and pump accessories shall be covered in the scope of work.

Item No. 5: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of double-skin type horizontal, floor-mounted, top/side discharge AIR HANDLING UNIT capacity 8750 CFM having corrosion resistant extruded aluminum hollow profile with thermal break, 16 gauge galvanized steel channel base frame, 43 mm thick double skin panel with pressure injected CFC & HCFC free PUF having 'k' value of 0.02 W/°C/m & density 40 kg/m³ pre-coated, pre-plasticized, galvanized outer and inner skin 0.60 mm thick, air-tight casing using gaskets and self-adhesive tapes, AMCA certified energy efficient fans with double inlet, double width forward or backward curved impellers for high static pressure mounted on aluminum extruded siderail base frame, combination of 6 rows deep chilled water coils with anti-corrosion copper fins, combination of 2 rows deep hot water coils with anti-corrosion copper fins, PVC/naylon hinges & handles, view port and marine lamp, limit switch, SS-304 drain pan, 10 micron pre-filters, inspection windows/doors, mixing box and supply/return/fresh air dampers complete all as specified and directed.

The AHU shall comprise of the following: [a] Suitable DIDW fan with AMCA certified blower having outlet velocity not exceeding 9.2 m/s. [b] 4 Pole, TEFC, high efficiency squirrel cage induction motor having BHP rating 20% higher than the peak capacity, suitable for 415 V ±10%, 50 Hz, 3-Phase AC power supply. [c] V-belt drive assembly with pulleys, belt, guard, etc., double canvass connections with zip to discharge duct/plenum, etc. [d] 50 mm thick, washable HDPE, 90% down 10 micron pre-filters, filters, fixing framework, hinge type access doors, etc. [e] 6 row deep chilled water coil section with copper fins and copper tube tested on 21 kg/cm² with SS sandwiched drain tray, etc. [f] 2 row deep heating coil section with copper fins and copper tube tested on 21 kg/cm² with SS sandwiched drain tray, etc. [g] AHU panel made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, in compartamentalised construction with incomer and outgoing feeders for AHU motor, 3-way valve actuator motor, fire damper actuator motor, etc. complete with required variable frequency drive (VFD), relays, timers, contactors, PT, push buttons, switches, internal wiring, etc. Note :- Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of AHU, mounting of variable frequency drive (VFD) panel, construction of opening(s) for fresh/exhaust air etc. shall be covered in the scope of work.

Item No. 6: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PAN-TYPE HUMIDIFIER suitable for 10 l/h evaporation rate(FCE LAB), having SS-304 sheet welded construction with unitized stainless steel reservoir divided into two chambers from inside having 25 mm thick fiberglass insulation cladded with aluminum foil, snap-acting humidistat, support legs for free-standing or wall hanging brackets for wall-mounting, factory mounted & wired humidifier control cabinet, steam outlet nozzle, water make-up, drain, over-flow, quick fill connections, immersion heaters made of copper or stainless steel, terminal blocks suitable for field power and control wiring and safety thermostat complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 7: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of SS 304 shell type vertical electric HOT WATER GENERATOR suitable for 30 KW heat output, for hot water output at 105º F (40.55º C), tested for 350 psig pressure, having resin insulation bonded with fiber glasswool along with aluminium cladding, thermostat for individual step, digital thermometer for inlet & outlet pipes, pressure gauge with ball valve for inlet & outlet pipes, SCR based stepless linear controller, float switch, audio/visual alarm for low water level, audio/visual alarm for high temperature, pressure relief valve, door switch, safety thermostat, etc. including suitable pump complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 8 : S & F STAINLESS STEEL-304 CLOSED EXPANSION TANK for cool water, 55 litre capacity, pressure rating to suit the system pressure and sized adequately to compensate for water expansion due to operating temperature variations, conforming to IS: 2825- 1969 for 'non-fired pressure vessels' complete with inter-connection piping, non-return valve, safety relief valve and pressure gauge, insulated with 50 mm thick elastomeric insulation and cladded with 26 gauge aluminium complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 9: S & F HDPE MAKE-UP WATER TANK FOR COOLING TOWER, 3500 Ltr capacity, of pressure rating to suit the system pressure and sized adequately to compensate for water loss due to evaporation, conforming to IS: 2825- 1969 for 'non-fired pressure vessels' with interchangeable EPDM-BUTYL rubber membrane complete with inter-connection piping, non-return valve, safety relief valve and pressure gauge etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 10: Supply & Fixing SS- 304 CLOSED EXPANSION TANK for hot water, 02 Ltr capacity, of pressure rating to suit the system pressure and sized adequately to compensate for water expansion due to operating temperature variations, conforming to IS: 2825- 1969 for 'non-fired pressure vessels' complete with inter-connection piping, non-return valve, safety relief valve and pressure gauge, insulated with 50 mm thick elastomeric insulation and cladded with 26 gauge aluminium complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 11: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of condenser water piping 65 mm dia bore, with MS ERW Class 'C' Sch 40 pipes and all necessary fittings i.e. bends, tees, reducers, flanges, structural support, air-purge valves, drain-valves, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 12: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of condenser water piping 32 mm dia bore, with MS ERC Class 'C' Sch 40 pipes and all necessary fittings i.e. bends, tees, reducers, flanges, structural support, air-purge valves, drain-valves, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 13: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PN 1.6 rated double flanged short & long body type butterfly valve 65 mm dia designed, manufactured and tested as per IS: 13095 (1991), suitable for isolation and throttling services, having CI body & disc, SS AISI 304 disc seal, CS clamping ring and SS AISI 410 shaft and flange drilling standard end connection with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 14: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PN 1.6 rated swing check type multidoor Non-return-valve (NRV) 65 mm dia, designed & tested as per IS 5312 (Part- 2): 1986, suitable to handle clear water having turbidity up to 5000 ppm, having CI body, door and diaphram, leaded tin bronze seat rings and flange drilling standard end connection, etc. with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 15 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PN 1.6 rated POT strainer 65 mm dia, tested as per BS 6755 (Part- I), suitable high capacity flow throughout full size inlet/outlet, having CI body & strainer bonnet, stainless steel perforated filter screen, black rubber body/bonnet gasket, SS- 410 ball valve and flange drilling standard end connection, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 16 : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Y-type strainer 65 mmm dia with CI/MS body, bolted cover, flanged ends, basket of brass/ bronze/ SS wire mesh complete with flanges, nuts-bolts, gaskets and flange drilling standard end connection, etc. with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 17: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of manual balancing valve 65 mm dia, conforming to BS 7350 complete all as specified and directed. Item No. 18 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of chilled water piping 50 mm dia, with MS ERW Class 'C' Sch 40 pipes and all necessary fittings i.e. bends, tees, reducers, flanges, structural support, air-purge valves, drain-valves, etc. thermally insulated with elastomeric insulation of appropriate thickness wrapped with water-proof cloth complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 19 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of chilled water piping 25mm dia, with MS Class 'C' Sch 40 pipes and all necessary fittings i.e. bends, tees, reducers, flanges, structural support, air-purge valves, drain-valves, etc. thermally insulated with elastomeric insulation of appropriate thickness wrapped with water-proof cloth complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 20 : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Y-type strainer 50 mm dia, with CI/MS body, bolted cover, flanged ends, basket of brass/ bronze/ SS wire mesh complete with flanges, nuts-bolts, gaskets and flange drilling standard end connection with elastomeric thermal insulation of suitable thickness and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 21 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PN 1.6 rated double flanged short & long body type butterfly valve 50 mm dia, designed, manufactured and tested as per IS: 13095 (1991), suitable for isolation and throttling services, having CI body & disc, SS AISI 304 disc seal, CS clamping ring and SS AISI 410 shaft and flange drilling standard end connection with elastomeric thermal insulation of suitable thickness and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 22 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PN 1.6 rated swing check type multidoor Non-return-valve (NRV) 50 mm dia, designed & tested as per IS 5312 (Part- 2): 1986, suitable to handle clear water having turbidity up to 5000 ppm, having CI body, door and diaphram, leaded tin bronze seat rings and flange drilling standard end connection, etc. with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.24 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CI 3-way temperature control valve 50 mm dia, suitable for operation up-to 10 bar, with electronically operated actuator for AHUs. Water flow through the valve shall be regulated by rotation of brass slipper between the main and the bypass ports; it shall be possible to manually rotate the brass slipper through 360° and interchange the main and the common ports, to facilitate installation at site. All internals of the valve shall be rust-proof and the 'O' ring shall be of elastomeric insulation. The valve actuator shall be of electronic type with DC motor, the actuator's angle of rotation shall be 90°, it shall be without any limit switches and shall be overload-proof. It shall have an indicator to indicate the position and push-button to disengage the gear train for manual operation complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.25: M & L for UPVC pipes and fittings of 25mm dia, resistant to chemical & electromechanical corrosion, conforming to EN 1452-2, having specific gravity 1.43, shore hardness 70°C to 90° C, tensile strength 500 kg/sq.cm, bending strength 950 kg/sq.cm, modulus of elasticity 3.2 X 10 kg/sq.cm and dielectric strength 40 kV/mm complete with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 26: S & F of CL 150 # rated ball valve 25mm dia, designed & manufactured as per IS: 9890 (1981) and tested as per BS 6755 Part- I, having floating type three piece design, CS body, SS- 304 ball, PTFE seal/packing/gasket, CS fastners and lever and screwed/socket weld end connection, etc. with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 27: S & F of CL 150 # rated ball valve 32mm dia, designed & manufactured as per IS: 9890 (1981) and tested as per BS 6755 Part- I, having floating type three piece design, CS body, SS- 304 ball, PTFE seal/packing/gasket, CS fastners and lever and screwed/socket weld end connection, etc. with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 28: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of automatic air-vent valve having 19mm end connections with Brass OT 58 body and cover, polyacetal lever, high density expanded polyethylene float, EPDM rubber plug, stainless steel spring, polyamide cap etc. suitable for maximum operating pressure of 16 bar and maximum operating temperature 115° C respectively, installed on all high points in the water piping system to automatically remove the trapped air complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 29: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of glycerin filled bimetallic thermometer of 150mm dia size for temperature range 0° C to 100° C, in compliance to EN 13190, having standard range 0° C to 60° C up to 400° C, IP 67 protection, bimetal coil sensing element, accuracy class 1 as per EN 13190, stainless steel casing, direct bottom mounted, SS- 304 case and bayonet type bezel, SS- 316 stem and connection, aluminum dial (white background with black marking) & pointer (black colour micrometer with zero adjustable), toughened glass window, neoprene filling plug and gasket complete with accessories, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 30: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of glycerin filled pressure gauge of 100 mm dial size for pressure range 0 psi to 200 psi in compliance to EN837-1, having standard range 15 to 0 psi and 16 psi to 10000 psi, IP 67 protection, accuracy class ±1.6% of FS, stainless steel casing and TIG argon welded socket to case, direct bottom mounted, SS- 304 case and bayonet type bezel, SS- 316 bourdon, socket, SS dial (white background with black marking) & pointer (black colour micrometer with zero adjustable), polycarbonate glass window, neoprene blow off disc and filling plug, silicon gasket complete with accessories, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 31: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of pre-fabricated, galvanized steel sheet (G.S.S.) 24 Gauge (MS angle flanges), square/rectangular ducting for supply/return air, fabricated from galvanized steel sheet, having zinc coating of 160 g/m² total on both sides complete with gaskets, elbows, splitters, vanes, supports etc. conforming to per IS 655:1963 along with required scaffolding work to install the ducts at site complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 32 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of pre-fabricated, galvanized steel sheet (G.S.S.) 22 Gauge (MS angle flanges), square/rectangular ducting for supply/return air, fabricated from galvanized steel sheet, having zinc coating of 160 g/m² total on both sides complete with gaskets, elbows, splitters, vanes, supports etc. conforming to per IS 655:1963 along with required scaffolding work to install the ducts at site complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 33 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of pre-fabricated, galvanized steel sheet (G.S.S.) 20 Gauge (MS angle flanges), square/rectangular ducting for supply/return air, fabricated from galvanized steel sheet, having zinc coating of 160 g/m² total on both sides complete with gaskets, elbows, splitters, vanes, supports etc. conforming to per IS 655:1963 along with required scaffolding work to install the ducts at site complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 34: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FIRE DAMPER complete with smoke detector/thermister, fusible link etc. and actuator as required for operation. The fire dampers shall be spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point 67.13° C. The fire damper shall be located in the SA/RA ducts, at all fire rated crossoevers (shafts, walls, etc.). The control panel shall be located in such a way that the reset can easily be done. These combination smoke and fire dampers shall be interlocked with the building management system for the fire detection or HVAC and shall trip/close in the event of fire/smoke in the respective zone. Fire damper shall be tested as per ULL- 555 and certified by CBRI. The fire-damper shall be of at least 120 minutes fire-rating complete all as specified and directed.

The fire dampers shall meet the following criteria: [a] Bare fire dampers with 400 mm sleeve [b] Control panel actuator, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position. [c] Interconnection wire for the fire detection & alarm system with the AHU and the smoke dampers [d] Sealing any openings around the sleeve of the fire dampers with approved fire sealant as per the specification & recommandations of the manufacturer.

(a): Motorized, spring return type, combination fire and smoke damper

(b): Control panel actuator, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position.

Item No. 35: S & F closed cell 19mm thick elastomeric nitrile rubber thermal insulation with aluminum foil laminated on one side, having thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.037 W/mK at mean temperature of 20° C as per EN 12667, moisture diffusion resistance factor or ‘µ’ value of minimum 7,000 for base insulation material without the foil as per EN 12086, fire performance such that it passes Class 1 as per BS476 Part 7 for surface spread of flame and also fire performance of V0, HB as per UL 94, 1996, density without the foil between 40 to 55 kg/m³. The insulation material shall be FM (Factory Mutual) USA approved and dust & fibre free. The Aluminium foil shall be 60 microns thick and its weight shall be 193 gsm as per EN ISO 2286-2, tensile strength 90 N / 15 mm as per EN ISO 527-3 with elongation 10% as per EN ISO 527-3 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 36: S & F closed cell 13mm thick elastomeric nitrile rubber thermal insulation with aluminum foil laminated on one side, having thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.037 W/mK at mean temperature of 20° C as per EN 12667, moisture diffusion resistance factor or ‘µ’ value of minimum 7,000 for base insulation material without the foil as per EN 12086, fire performance such that it passes Class 1 as per BS476 Part 7 for surface spread of flame and also fire performance of V0, HB as per UL 94, 1996, density without the foil between 40 to 55 kg/m³. Item No. 38: S & F open-cell engineered 10mm thick nitrile rubber foam acoustic insulation having good sound absorption, damping and barrier properties, antimicrobial product protection, thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.047 W/mK at 20° C, conforming to EN 12667, density 140-180 kg/m³ and conforming to class 1 rating for surface spread of flame in accordance with BS 476 Part 7 & UL 94 (HB, V-0). The acoustic insulation material shall be free of dust and fibre; it shall pass fungi/mould resistance as per DIN EN ISO 846 method A and bacterial resistance as per DIN EN ISO 846 method C and air erosion resistance test in accordance to ASTM Standard C 1071-05 without any laminate or covering (section 12.7) from an independent accredited testing agency complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 39 : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 4-way removable supply/return air diffusers/grilles/louvers of extruded aluminum sections duly powder coated with volume control damper complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 40 : Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory made, CPRI type tested, outdoor, cubical compartmental type "HVAC Panel" of suitable size, conforming to IEC 61439-1 &2, IEC 61641, for FCE Lab having both sides openable with hinged double doors & locking arrangement and IP 42 protection made out of 3.15 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet, supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of suitable size, including earthing stud, labeling, painting to all internal & external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 tank process), duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, with danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled (white) with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, suitable for 3- Phase 4 Wire system, 500 Volts grade with necessary wiring, PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor of appropriate length & size, including fixing lugs, bolts, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

The HVAC Panel for FCE Lab shall comprise of the following: Busbar Chamber: [i] Copper busbar of rated capacity 300 Amps, covered with PVC insulated sleeves including insulator, nuts, bolts, etc. with complete connection- 01 Set (of 04 busbars) Incoming: [i] 200 Amps, 415 Volts, Ics = Icu = 25 kA, conforming to IEC 60947- 2, 50 Hz, FP MCCB with adjustable overload settings (0.40- 1 X In) & tr = 0.5 - 16 s, adjustable short-circuit settings (1.5 - 10 X Ir), adjustabble neutral protection, adjustable earth- fault settings (0.2- 1 X In), instanteneous protection and microprocessor based trip unit- 01 No [ii] LED phase indicators (Red, Yellow, Blue)- 01 Set [iii] Power Quality analyzer with revenue accuracy of Class 0.2S, complying to IEC 62053- 22, 256 samples/cycle, waveform reading, 512 MB of standard non-volatile memory for data & event logging, up to 63rd harmonics analysis for voltage & current, GPS clock, 01 serial port (Modbus, ION, DNP3), Dual Ethernet port (Modbus/TCP, ION TCP, DNP3 TCP, IEC 61850) and standard digital input, expandable digital IO, analog IO.- 01 Nos.
