M & L for RCC M-30 design mix (20 mm graded aggregates) Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 design mix (20 mm graded aggregates)Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 design mix (20 mm graded aggregates) walls, retaining walls, basement wall, ballast wall and the like, any thickness above top of footing incl attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel with (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia etc all complete.

Ditto all as per item here-in-above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spaces, binders nibs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar and removal of rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 etc all complete

M & L for half brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:4 etc all complete

Taking down cement plaster and the like from brick or stone wall and concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified.

M& L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brickwork or concrete with and surfaces in walls and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L 10 mm thick Rendering other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of CM 1:6 surface to be finished even & smooth with out using extra lime or cement

Formwork rough finished surfaces of concrete to sides of pillars , posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions of square, rectangular or polygonal of rough finished

Formwork rough finished surfaces of concrete to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft beams, sides and soffits if any of foundation and plinth beams and similar works vertical or to batter of flat rough finished.

M & L formwork rough finished surfaces of concrete to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, beam hauchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc also splays between floors and beams, etc of flat concrete surfaces fair finished

M & L Formwork rough finished surfaces of concrete to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick of flat concrete surfaces fair finished.

Taking down existing waterproofing treatment complete of any description from brick or RCC wall and RCC slab by scrapping including removal of rubbish where directed to a distance not exceeding 100M complete all as specified and as directed and M&L for 10 mm thick cement screed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or bricks surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement to receive roof treatment, mixed with water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately and M&L for water proofing roof treatment, consists of a five layered Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric membrane of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm), laid with LPG torch forced application over roof surface, with a side & end overlaps of minimum 100 mm, with and including priming the surface (except felt) with a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm each at top and bottom of the membrane as bonding material, and a coat of bituminous aluminium primer @ 100 gm/Sqm on top, including sealing all joints by thermo fusion, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for 5 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 on ceiling , surface finished even & fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered external wall surfaces of any description over 10 cm width/girth and including applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint ,exterior grade (100% acrylic) of approved shade over one coat of alkali resistant primer and putty as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specifie and as directed.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment on walls ,chajjas & cantilever portion and making good the undulated surfaces of walls, chajjas and cantiliver portion by filling of putty including rubbing,scraping & grinding to make the wall surface smooth & applying two coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint , exterior grade (100 % acrylic) of approved shade as per manufactures instuctions over a coat of primer on external surfaces of walls, columns/pillars RCC Chajjas and facia complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coat of distemper on ceiling including preparation of newly plastered surfaces and chalk whiting on platered surface preparatory to distempering of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in Plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Returnig filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm of soft/loose soil

Removing excavating surplus soil, n.exc. 50.0 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.50m above the starting point.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement

S & F 12 mm thick Sheet glass, exc 0.5 Sqm each pane frosted one side for window/ventilator shutter in aluminium window including necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description , any thickness and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for coloured decorative ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250mmx7mm /450X300X7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed over and including bedding layer of 10mm thick in cm 1:4 etc complete.

S&F Mild Steel Framed work made out of square/rectangular hollow pipes, angle iron frame asin grills, gratings, supporting and covering rain water/soil pipes etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks & similar work complete all as specified .

M&L for preparing painting on steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, on new surface over a coat of red oxide zin primer and two coat of synthetic enameled paint over etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted of wooden surfaces any description and applying a coats of synthetic enamel paint etc all complete

S & FTubes, 'medium grade' 40mm dia galvanised,with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors
