Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and deposited at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Material and Labour, galvanized, for cable protection, for 80 mm bore of pipe light grade with all fittings, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to copper earth lead of copper strip 20X3 mm by means of copper bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers/brazing welding of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point and including dismantling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 cover slab, 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 140 mm C/C both ways, 10 mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, 15 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer etc.

Supply & Fix Earth continuity conductor 20x3mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 mm x 75mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Polymer DMC strip insulators for fixing of earthing strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 25x3 mm aluminium strip including PVC saddle as per sample approved complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Earth in replacement continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in bed plates including necessary formwork, concrete exposed surface shall be finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) kerbs etc including necessary formwork, concrete exposed surface shall be finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping above ground levels including necessary formwork, concrete exposed surface shall be finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work such as beams, angles, channels, flats etc., bent to shape and MS sheet for chamber/Trench covers including cutting,welding ,nuts, bolts and including necessary dismantling complete all as directed.

S&F glow sign board of white polished transparent acrylic cover of minimum 2mm thick, unbreakable,imported, Weather proof, heat resistive etc including M&L of stainless steel fabrication of angles of size 30 x 30 x 3 mm and supports of thickness not less than 3mm thick, rectangular box type of size minimum 90cm x 60cm x 15cm , computerised letter of blue colour of size as per site requirement having glue on backside to stick permanently, including all kind of securing, welding, assembling with proper allignment and height with fine look, including PCC, cement work, excavation if required, LED tube light fittings 1x 10Watt(2 NOS), connecting light point 1.5 sqmm suitable for exposing at all weathers including taking down of old UNSV sign board etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC insulated 3 core 1.5 Sq mm stranded copper conductor cable with 25 mm PVC Pipe for connecting junction box to Sign board, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F in repairs PVC insulated 3 core 4 Sq mm stranded copper conductor cable for connecting junction box to Installation Pannal , testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of substation door/pipes/ panels/MS Cover plate by scrapping old rusted paint by steel brush, cleaning and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved colour etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for filling of clean dry coarse sand all-round the transformer platform and cable duct after cleaning grass/small bushes, etc. including removal of old dirty sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for filling of new gravels of size 40 to 60mm all-round the transformer platform over sand filling complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- Sand filling shall be measured & paid separately here-in-before.]

Labour only for filling of old gravels of size 40 to 60mm all-round the transformer platform after taking out and cleaning the old gravels with water and removing the mud and external foreign partical all as specified and directed. [Note:- Sand filling shall be measured & paid separately here-in-before.]

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC, type C2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in path finished surface even and rough without using extra cement.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment fixed over and including screed bed 15 mm thick of cement mortar 1 :4 etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs MS Chequered Plate of 6mm thickness, high quality high tenasil strength material SS304, for Covring Cable Duct of substation including cutting/welding as per duct complete all as specified and directed. Make: Tata/Jindal/Sail

Supply and fixing in repairs 45watt Inverter LED Street Light with IR Sensor for automatic On-Off of street light and shall have inbuilt Li-on battery for 120mins power backup in case of power failure. Housing of fixture shall be presurre die cast and system efficacy 100LPW, CRI 70, CCT 5700K, PF0.9, THD15%. Make: Crompton/Havells/Orient electric/Philips

S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain ing bolts, including, securing or typing at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed.

Labour for Maintenance and attending breakdown complaints only for E/M installation substation area such as LT panels/Changeover/ Isolator/ Busbar panels/Fuse units/starter/MCCBs other electrical connectings units alongwith checking/ finding of faults of connected over head lines and under ground LT cables complete circuit from LT connection at terminals of transformer to ACBs/MCCBs of LT panels of sub-stations/feeder pillar box and upto main distribution boards at buildings/OTM, including attending minor repairs/mainetnance of LT panels for smooth and trouble free LT power supply , rectification of minor defects to electrical controls and accessories and attending breakdowns at any time around the clock all as sepcified and directed. Note:- (a) Irrespective of nature of complaint fault identification and necessary minor accessories as lead sleeve tube/ tape/lugs/nuts bolts/testing through test lamp or meggering or other testing as required for any fault identification and securing/reconnecting cables or connected switch gear after defect rectification is deemed to be included in the scope. (b) Necessary tools /safety eqpts like hand gloves/discharge tools/helmet/torch/gum boots and other safety equipments as per standard practice is to be deemed to be included and proovided by contractor.

M&L for vegetation/wild grass/bushes clearance in E/M installation area, around feeder pillar boxes, along the UG cables, street light/LT poles for prventive maintenance/break down attendance complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The contractor should provide sufficient manpower and machinery as required for immediate preventive/ breakdown services. (b) The contractor should provide all safety gears like helmet, gum boots/ apron etc and safety of the workmen will be responsibility of contractor.
