Note : Only front surface of the cabinet shutter shall be measured for payment purpose in this item.

S&F stainless steel soft closing heavy type telescopic drawer channels 500 mm long with screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Classic Single Bowl with Drainage board Kitchen Sink Matt Finish overall size 36"x18"x8" made of stainless steel 304 grade 1mm thick with plugs, washers and waste pipe, incl bedding in CM (1:4) fixed to kitchen platform or fixing cantilaever brackets and connecting union to pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash modular bricks, built in CM 1 : 6, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius on plan including demolition of brick work build in CM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kitchen Upper Cabinet box type 300mm (inner depth) made with 18 mm thick boilo (BWP-HDF)BSL board in sides, top, bottom, shelves and back shall be made of 12 mm thick boilo (BWP-HDF) BSL board, edges finished with 0.8mm thick PVC tape and shutter shall be of 18 mm thick Boilo (BWP-HDF) plain board duly laminated with 0.8mm thick mica of white colour on back side, and all exposed surface of cabinet shall be laminated with 01 mm thick mica of any colour as approved by GE on front, edges of shutter finished with 2 mm thick PVC edge band tape of required width including fixing of wall at appropriate height with SS dash through fasteners of size 80 mm long as required Nos at site, screws etc complete all as specified and shown in Drg. Make of Board : Action Tesa or equivalent in Green Ply/Century Ply/Kitply Note : Only front surface of the cabinet shutter shall be measured for payment purpose in this item.

Supply and fixing in repair Side Single Lever kitchen sink Mixer with Swinging Spout (Table Mounted) with 450mm Long Braided Hoses fixed to kitchen platform complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jaquar model No. FLR-5179B or equilavent in make mentioned in PS.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for upper loft framing with shutter made with framing of 100 mm wide palti with 18 mm thick boilo (BWP : HPF) BSL board and front shutter shall be of 18 mm thick boilo (BWP : HDF) plain board duly laminated with 0.8mm thick mica on back side and 1mm thick mica on front side of any colour as approved by GE, edgs of shutter finished with 2mm thick edge band tape of required width including fixing complete all as shown in drg. Note : Only front surface of the loft shutter shall be measured for payment purpose in this item.

M&L for Non-Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white and coloured cement to match the shade over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chamfer, splays or arris in facework of Granite/ marble n. exc 15mm wide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 15mm dia Angle stop valve of PVC high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed, (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms) complete all as specified and directed.
