The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas is: 1. Average Annual Financial Turnover: at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender, calculated as Average Annual Financial Turnover ≥ 0.3 * Estimated Cost 2. Working Capital: The Bidder must submit the Certificate of possessing adequate Working Capital (at least 20% of the “Annualized value or Estimated value whichever is less” of this work), calculated as Working Capital ≥ 0.2 * (Annualized Value or Estimated Value) 3. Weighted Turnover: Turnover * (1 + 0.07 * number of years since the end of the financial year) 4. Weighted Value of Completed Work: Value of Completed Work * (1 + 0.07 * number of years since the end of the completion year) Additionally, the Annualized Value can be calculated as (Estimated Cost of the work including GST) * (365 / Period of construction of plant including trial run and performance guarantee test in days) Note that the exact values cannot be calculated without the estimated cost and period of construction.
