The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works with specific cost values. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Or two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Or one similar completed work, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The experience of incomplete or ongoing works will not be considered for evaluation, and only completed works with a completion date within the last 7 years will be considered. The cost of previous completed works will be given a simple weightage of 7% per year to bring them to the current price level.
