Supply of Two four wheeler road vehicle (Scorpio/Bolero of latest model) with driver of registration not older than 2 years from the date of submission of tender with all required permissions from road transport authorities. Note: 1) The Vehicle should be available for 12 hours 2) Total Km: 4000 Km/Per month - The rate quoted are inclusive of fuel/lubrication/repair and maintenance of vehicle, wages of driver, state transport taxes/permit fees, insurance of vehicle etc. 3) The Vehicle should have valid certificates to move on road and 4) However, parking charges and toll taxes if any, paid by the agency will be reimbursed on the production of valid reciept along with monthly bills. Further GST will be paid extra. 5) There shall be no minimum mileage per day, 6) Absence of vehicle will not entitle for any exemptions from liabilities of contract, whatsoever, arrangement of alternative/substitute will be responsibility of the agency.
