Preventive Maintenance & checking of 10 kg DCP Type Fire Extinguishers(15 Nos),,Co2 Type Fire Extinguishers(15 Nos). ABC type Fire extinguishers (35 nos) water CO2 type 9 litre (20 nos) , mechancal foam 9 LTR( 10 nos) apprx. Preventive maintenance of DCP includes Checking of Nozzles,Weight of Cartridge,Replacement of powder etc. Painting of the checking date on the body of Fire Extinguisher as per IOCL Provided format. Submission of checking record in IOC provided format. Material will be supplied by IOC or to be re-imbursed to party based on submission of challans/invoice. Miscellenous day to day work in any pertain to Fire fighting system like cleaning of sprinkler system, testing of sprinkler system, servicing of all types of valves, minor R&M of pumps/pipelines. in case of major work, party to liasion with oEM/reputed vendor for R&M works timely.Daily/Monthly. Co-ordination for Hydro testing of Pipelines, Hydro testing of Fire Extinguishers and Fire Hoses to be done and test certificate to be obtained.(during all working days from 0930 hrs to 1730 hrs including sundays and holidays )

Testing/Cleaning of First Aid /Fire Fighting Equipments and the trolley on monthly basis including stacking & maintaining stock in the provided format,Maintenance of First Aid Boxes which includes checking the expiry date of the items, replacing if expired, replenishing the used items etc. Materials will be supplied by IOCL..Liasioning with fire service department as and when required for any complince/ fire drill etc.(during all working days from 0930 hrs to 1730 hrs including sundays and holidays )

Daily (during all working days from 0930 hrs to 1730 hrs including sundays and holidays ) checking of Auto Functioning of Fire Engine(one no) & Jockey pump(one No),Sequencing operation of sprinkler pump & all electrical panel. External cleaning of Fire Engine,Jockey Pump , panels & cleaning of surface etc.

Dailly/weekly/monthly (during all working days from 0930 hrs to 1730 hrs including sundays and holidays ) Checking, Inspection, Servicing and Maintenance of Fire Fighting System, equipments hydrants, extinguishers of all types as per OISD/ISI Standards to provide & best functioning of the equipments always in best healthy condition inclusive of periodically cleaning, checking /inspection/oiling/ greasing of assemblies such as coupling, nozzles, valves, hydrants, extinguishers, hose pipes, hose boxes, sand buckets etc, updating the data & identification tags, recording the status of checking in history register etc. as directed by the engineer in charge with all labors, carriages, materials etc. complete inclusive of all taxes. (inspection and servicing of the equipment/Fire Fighting facilities is to be done periodically as mentioned against each):Providing assistance in Checking of each Fire Pump for its performance once in six months by opening required nos of Hydrant/Monitors to verify the designed capacity, discharge pressure, flow rate and Motor Load etc. and record the same in the log book.
