VARIABLE PART - SERVICE

Service charges for providing minimum two numbers of skilled manpower on daily basis for various mechanical maintenance works as mentioned in SCC 15% of manpower rate.

Providing: - Service assistance of Un-skilled worker as and when required for assistance in breakdown, predictive proactive maintenance, defective attending, DRA handling and also DRA totes prepare by homogenious mixure of DRA chemecal, shifting of DRA totes, attend leakage ( lube oil, mechanical seal, any spilage etc.) and exigency during normal working hours, - Service assistance for carrying out greasing of fasteners of flange joints including cleaning of old grease/dirt/dust etc. and application of fresh grease - Service assistance for carrying out DRA totets loading unloading ans shifting as per instruction ofas per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer

Lifting, shifting, loading, unloading on of heavy equipment / material etc etc with the help of hydra/crane etc (Min 12T) including all accessories like belt, sling etc as per directions of EIC/ Site- Engineer ** Use of Only 2nd /3rd Generation Hydra .

3/4 NPS (1.050" OD x 0.219" WT) ASTM A106/A333/ A53 Pipe: Taking delivery & transporting of pipes from designated stock pile location /Designated godown both from outside & inside station premises. Taking delivery of pipe fittings, steel flanges, spiral wound metallic gaskets & fasteners from designated location within station premises, transporting the same to site, fabrication and erection of above ground piping including cutting, edge preparation, bending, threading, lining up, welding and installing pipes and pipe fittings, flanges, elbows, equal and reducing outlet tees ,concentric/eccentric reducers, y-type strainers, drain funnels, vent pipes and tapping for instruments such as pressure gauges, thermal relief valves, thermowells etc., installing above ground at all elevations connecting with equipment nozzles, valves, vessels, in line instruments etc., welded and threaded pipe line of different pressure ratings, flushing pipes by water after cleaning by compressed air, hydrostatic testing of each section to the specified pressure, draining the water, tie-in, final cleaning-up and dispoal of wastes and surpluses including providing all inputs such as labour, material, equipments and consumables necessary to perform the work (other than those specifically under taken by the owner in this contract) and completing the work in all respects in accordance with the drawings, specifications and instructions of Site Engineer / EIC. Thickness and Grade mentioned in the item are for reference only and may vary. Payment shall be based on OD.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing M.S. structural steel work made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc., for struts, chain link fencing posts as per drawing including gate, ladders, safety grills, walkways, collapsible gate, signboards, supports for cable trench, making slots for barbed line, wire hoisting, placing in position, embedding in concrete, applying two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155" High Build Enamel over a coat of EPILUX 610 Primer of M/s Berger or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respect including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates,bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. and necessary lettering of approved pattern on main gate, signboards etc.complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (excluding the cost of concrete work).

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: For payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.]

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.(Mechanical equipments)
