Cetering and Shuttering to prevent Earth Collapse of Excavated Pit / Trench: Providing and fixing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form, with double scaffolding system (cup lock type) and MS centring plates (with bolting arrangement) all - around inner side of excavated pit to retain the earth and prevent collapsing of trench. Cup Lock made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 meter centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps. MS Shuttering Plates should be connected with nut bolt system to each other and these are tied (with the outer face of the erected scaffold structure) cup lock scaffolding by MS binding wire. The scoffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer - in - charge. Same items are to be removed, after completion of the of the requirement of the same. This shall also include, transportation, material handling equipment, manpower, tools whatsoever requied for the job and duration of installed structure in the trenach, shall be as required for safe completion of the job as per IOCL'S descrition. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.

Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing OF S-SAW / L-SAW defect (COMPLETE ONE FULL LENGTH PIPE) by qualified & experienced technician and probe as per procedure mentioned in work specification including mobilization & demobilization of NDT equipments, supply of all consumables, making arrangement for inspection in ditch (clean pipe surface and gap under pipe shall be provided by contractor), labourers, inspection personnel, submission of reports etc. to complete the work in all respect as per technical specifications and direction of EIC (One pipe lenght shall be scanned for each anomaly and measurement of work shall be taken as EA for one anomaly location)

Cost of Coating & Wrapping refurbishment on diffrent size pipes section / welded Leak clamp / or adajacent to sleeving or on sleeve with owner supplied Cold applied tape as per specifications /directions specified in SCC in all respects. Work includes removal of old coating, pipe cleaning by sand blasting or power buffing upon cleraance from EIC/SE, primer application, coating application ( Inner & Outer). Payment shall be made depending upon pipeline size as per following separate pipeline sizes. (30" dia).

Backfilling of Excavated Pit / Trecnch:Backfilling of the excavated pit/trench by Hydraulic means (JCB)/Manual Means, soil (excluding rock) removed during excavation of trench (stored within 50 m radius of the excavated trench)

Providing diesel engine driven (of capacity not less than 2.5 HP) water pump set including mobilisation and demobilisation charges, Operator, fuel, hose length of suction / discharge side of at least 15 meter for continuous functioning of the same at site.

Providing watchman at site for security of pipeline at odd hours for 8 hrs duty at site.

Fabrication, fitment and welding of full encirclement sleeves from owners supplied pipes over pitted/defect sections of the exposed pipeline including testing/inspection (DP/ Tell taletest), supply of all equipment, consumables, labor etc. required to complete the work in all respects as per the specifications and direction of the Site Engineer/EIC. Pipes will be supplied by the Owner from Owner's Store yards and shall be transported to site at the Contractor's risk & cost.Unit per metre of sleeve (1m of sleev means 2nos.half cut 1m of sleevs).

ROAD WORKS

Demolish RCC including re-bar cutting, Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1.0 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:1.5:3 [1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level :Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Supplying and stacking at site including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport up to all leads, also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Supplying and filling in plinth with Sand including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Supplying and filling in plinth with Moorum including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Laying WBM with stone aggregates - Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.
