FLAME PROOF PUSH BUTTON: Supply of M/s. BALIGA/CEAG-FCG/FLEXPRO make painted flameproof, weatherproof on-off, 20a rated push button with FLP gland suitable for a supply voltage of 415V, 3 ph, 50 C/S, AC as per IS-2148, 1968 IS: 2147 for IP- 55. The supply must be accompanied with approved certificate from CMRS, Dhanbad and CCE, Nagpur, BIS for flameproof ness as per is-2 148 suitable for Div. I gas group I, IIA, IIB area

Making straight through joints for medium voltage PVC armoured power & control cables (upto 1.1 KV grade) including cutting, stripp ing of cable insulation, including supply of heat shrinkable TUBULAR straight through cable jointing kit of Raychem / CCI / approved equivalent make with ferrules. All complete with labour and materials as per drawings , specifications and directions of Engineer in charge. 3 / 3.5 / 4 x 400 sqmm

Supply and laying of rcc pipe with collers jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement :2 fine s and) for road crossing Pipes are to be laid after ramming and consolidating the ground with bricks, stone chips etc. to avoid any settlement afterwards. Supplying, fabricating, errecting,placing & fixing in position MS structural works of the following type using built up sections fo r truss, claddings, bracings, purlins, supporting frames made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc. in cluding cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, including bolts, threading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. in cluding preparation of detailed fabrication drawings & submission to EIC for approval before start of fabrication,complete in all re spects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications, & direction of EIC. One coat of high build, self priming, rust encapsulating polyamidoamine cured epoxy mastic coating (80 % solid by volume) to a dry f ilm thickness of 100 microns by AIRLESS SPRAY application followed by one coat of Epoxy MIO (80% solid by volume) with minimum 100 microns DFT by AIRLESS SPRAY application, followed by two coats of isocyanate acrylic aliphatic PU coat (50% solid by vol.) with each coat minimum 50 microns DFT by AIRLESS SPRAY application including supply and application of paints, strip coat on all wel d joints / projections, supply of all equipments, tools & tackels, labour etc. as per specifications of manufacturer and directio ns / instruction of the EIC / Site Engineer

Equipment Installation : Motor driven Pumping units Installation, Motor Driven Transfer Pumping Unit Installation: Taking delivery of Motor Driven Pumping units having electrical motor & centrifugal pump and accessories etc,from designated storage location within the pump / terminal station, shifting and placing the equipments on the pre-constructed foundation, levelling, grouting and aligning the equipment, assembling together of all sub-assemblies, auxiliaries, mountings, fittings, interconnecting piping etc., carrying out trial run of motor on no load, coupling the electrical motor with the pump, making final alignment, checking and testing of the complete pumping unit and completing the work in all respects in accordance with the specification, drawings, manufacturer's installation instructions, technical specifications and as per the instruction of the Site Engineer / EIC. Note: Electrical & Instrumentation connections are not included in this item. Transfer Pumping Unit.
