D Type Quarter Supply and Construction of two storied frame structured building blocks, each block comprising of 04 (Four) units/ Quarters with all civil, structural, Architectural, plumbing, sanitary, carpentry/joinery including Modular type kitchen cabinet, interior & exterior finishing, internal and external service connection, internal electrification including earthing, telecommunication & Centralized intercom system/ telephone cable /cable TV work as per detailed scope, including Car garage but excluding servant quarter (The contractor shall also carry out necessary modification in structural design/ drawings due to exclusion of servant quarter. The modified design/ drawings shall be approved by IOCL or consultant deputed by IOCL), boundary wall with gates, plinth protection, all approaches, all sanitation & plumbing work such as gully traps, inspection chambers, manholes, valve chambers, construction of RCC water storage tanks at roof level along with associated piping work, hooking up of various facilities sewer/ water/ surface drain/approaches/ driveways/ electrical cabling from feeder pillar to the building etc as per battery limit and as indicated in the technical specification all as per detailed scope of work, specifications, drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Service Unit LS denotes Each block comprising of 04 (four) units on Lumpsum basis.
