Manholes of depth beyond 2.0 M but upto 3.0M

Cleaning, dechoking and flushing 50mm-100mm SW and sewer line by removing muck, cleaning etc. with bamboo strips or sewer cleaning rods etc. as directed (section between two chambers) all complete including cleaning of two manholes as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Water body and facade repair related

Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles at finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

False ceiling repairs

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the rate of 1200 mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering up to 150 mm or both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturers specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with recommended jointing. 1) 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board.

Replacement of damaged pipes

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold-water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge: (Internal work - Exposed on wall: 25 mm nominal dia pipes.)

Fabrication of HDPE pipe joints as per drawings/instructions of Engineer-in- Charge of heavy thickness upto 20mm thick, cutting of pipe according to size, preparation of edge according to procedure, making of joints including mitre/ flange/ "T" by a qualified approved fabricator.Thejoints should be leaky proof.All labours, equipment,tools and tackles, consumable setc.to be arranged by the party and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. :Pipe of 80 mm NB

Replacement of damaged glass

Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12- 6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthned clear float glass 6mm thick, spacer tube 12mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge. The IGUs shall be assembled in the factory/ workshop of the glass processor. (Payment for fixing of IGU Panels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of Item No.CVL2500200) For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm. (i) Coloured tinted float glass 6mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, + 12mm Airgap + 6mm Heat Strengthened clear Glass of approved make having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement.

Leak repair over roof

Supplying and providing of two components poly sulphide Sealant containing solid contents, confirming to standard specification, and approved compatible primer, for priming vertical faces prior to application of poly sulphide sealant including all labour charges for sealing of expansion joints after drill mixing of two components sealing compound. Cleaning and preparation of expansion joint using wire brush sand papering with emery paper and filing with suitable mechanical means. The work includes racking and cleaning of joints, sticking, debonding tape on bottom of joint, applying primer on edges, using masking tape on edges, providing of sealant and removal of masking tape immediately after providing sealant in joint. To joints in flooring, as per drawing with first layer of poly sulphide sealant in size 20 mm width and 10 mm depth over PE Foam and then providing polyethylene foam back up rod 25 mm dia size and finally providing another layer of poly sulphide sealant in size 20 mm width and10 mm depth over P.E. back up rod as per application procedure and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing expansion joint board for building RCC column beams, walls, slab of Polyethylene foam of density 30 to 35 Kg/m3 of Armour Board. : 25 mm Thick

Applying Sikadur-Combiflex

Providing and fixing 150 mm wide sheet covering over expansion joints with iron screws as per design to match the colour / shade of wall treatment. Aluminum fluted strips 2 mm thick

Facade stone repair works

Stone tile work for wall lining up to 10 m height with special adhesive over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement with an admixture of pigment to match the stone shade. 8mm thick (mirror polished and machine cut edge). Granite stone of any colour and shade.

Manhole repairs and wall plastering work

Brick work with common Burnt clay F.P.S.(nonmodular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

Rooftop water proofing

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge: (Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)).

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with: Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm. by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25 Deg C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ltr and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 Deg C as 650/450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 Deg C. Cold flexibility shall be up to -2 Deg C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane - 3 mm thick.

Supply & Application of silver reflective paint of approved brand/manufacturer to protect APP membrane from UV rays (Aluminium Bitumen based paint) Nos of coat: 2

Washroom repair

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete: 10 litre capacity - White.

Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitrious China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Wall cracks filling

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Steel work

Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Structural steel shall be free issue material)

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in: Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.
